Quality of service was EXCELLENT. I would use this provider again if needed. As echoed in P.A.'s review, the pricing was quite high. Mike came in for about 15-30 minutes, with a helper, and ran his plumber's snake about 45' down from my 2nd floor kitchen sink, finding the blockage. He asked for, and got, $385 for the initial service (which was all labor, no parts). He was thorough and professional. He recommended other work which he wanted me to do immediately that would have added over $500 to the price (clarified that it was extra, not inclusive of what I paid him!) The PVC pipe work required - changing the pitch of a horizontal pipe under the 2nd floor sink, in addition to clearing the clog - would have cost over $800. If I was a union shop and Mike a union Master Plumber that might be fine. I'm not, and he's not (or at least didn't claim to be). For what it's worth, the work appears to be 100% necessary. We're just talking about excessive pricing (in my opinion...)

Had a flood in the basement due to all the rain,they arrived within an hour from the time I called . They cleaned the swer line, pumped the water and vacuumed, they were friendly and professional but in my opinion a bit expensive $450 total for the work. I understand when the is a demand for a service that you should expect a cost but that was a lot for the landlord and I but they did get the job done.

I had a very bad waste pipe and house drain pipe break in the basement. It was REALLY BAD! I called Fenix Pipe Repair and Mike answered the call. He came and analyzed the problem and the very next day fixed everything. He went above and beyond my expectations and gave me a very good price for the work. He used quality materials and did the job quickly! Mike is very professional, courteous, knowlegeable and considerate. He came on time. He was able to spot other smaller problems and fix them too! I can't say enough good things about him and ""thank you"" doesn't suffice for all that he has done for me and my family. He is now our official plumber! Thank you again!
