Super reliable pulled a vine that resembles a human foot check picture down below he pulled it from out toilet and explained we were leaking water from our toilet due to a bad seal he fixed and told us how to avoid this from happening in the future!

Women's restroom was clogged up so I had to get somebody quick out to my restaurant. I called Fen-mor...thye didn't pick up but I left a message and within 2 mins I got a call back. Said he would be able to come out in 30 mins. When he arrived, he showed up in a mask and was very professional. He got to work right away and was pretty much done in about 30 mins. After he was completed fixing the problem he asked if I had a mop so he can go clean up in the restroom before he leaves. What great customer service he has. Fishbone will definitely call him out again for any plumbing issues that arise again.

Eric was flexible with his schedule in making my appointment, came early, and was knowledgable about what he was doing. His rates were reasonable. I would definitely use him again.

Too expensive, extremely slow, and very limited plumbing services. Breaks simplest job into ""rough"" work and ""finishing"" work, and charges every step separately. In other words, he will charge to replace a pipe, then charge to reconnect the pipe back to the faucet. Jobs another plumber would take a few hours, Eric the owner, takes up to two days. For someone with supposedly 14 years experience, he knows very little and it takes him hours to figure out things. However, he is very quick to write a high estimate and demand most of payment up front. Extremely sorry I hired him on a referral. You will also end up regretting using him. Best to shop around elsewhere.
