Picky C.This place was amazing. They were professional, on time, communication was fantastic. PLUS they are VERY reasonable with their prices.
Geoff T.We've done business with many of the plumbers in the Rochester, MN area, some good some very bad, but there's only one I would call great. In my opinion Caleb from Felton Plumbing is as good as it can get. It started with a cracked slab in our basement and somewhere under it was a broken grey water drain. Caleb came in and gave us what I thought was a more than reasonable quote to replace the entire 50 year old system. We hired a separate concrete contractor to come in to remove the old broken slab and to expose the drain line. Turns out the line was not where we had been told it was (by a different plumber). We had to reroute most of the line. Despite this, Caleb came in and gave us a far better system than the one being replaced and at price substantially lower than the one we had agreed to. Caleb is a wonderful guy and a truly great plumber.
