WARNING....Please read before contacting this business. I contacted FP&R as a test run to install three faucets in my bathroom. If all went well I would have used them to do the work on our kitchen remodel occuring in a few months. When I contacted them a very pleasant young lady answered my questions but apologized for the delays because it was her first week on the job. There was an opening for the next day and scheduled a kitchen estimate for the end of April (just to get on their schedule if pleased with the initial work). The following morning the owner, Kyle called to confirm the appointment for his tech, quoted me $250 for the two sink faucets but needed to have his tech see the tub faucet first. I felt that was fair. The tech arrived an hour early and was very pleasant. After accessing everything & talking to Kyle, he informed me that it was going to be $125 per hour to do the whole job. When I pressed for general estimate on the timd frame he wouldnt give me one & told me to call Kyle. So I called Kyle which resulted in one of the most unprofessional conversations I have had with a business owner. He denied what the Tech had told, said he didnt have time to debate such an small project because he was involved in a $50,000 project as we spoke. He then back tracked and quoted me a new price of $300 a faucet and $125 p/ hr for the tub. This is an individual making all the decisions but had never seen my bathroom and made several incorrect assesments about why the price was increasing. He said the wall had to be ripped out and didnt know what they would find to give a quote on the tub. Not true, we are remodeling the bathroom and the plumbing was fully exposed. He refused when I offered to send him picks. Then created this complicated story about the faucets for the sinks. Again. not true and even shared with him I had installed the same one in the guest bathroom in 45 min. Im not a plumber!!! I needed the work done but I was not going to taken advantaged off. The pathetic part was Kyle was arrogent about it all, he seemed to forget there was an even bigger project waiting if this went well. Kyle had no value for my business and made it pretty clear. As a former business owner, I appreciated all of my clients and it was often the smaller ones that were repeats and always resulted in a bigger project. This has been one of my experiences having a business to do plumbing for my home.

In response to FP &R's rebuttal, it perfectly displays your lack of professionalism and respect for your customers. No intelligent business owner would leave such a degrading response for future customers to review. Your attempt to discredit me with half truths and misinformation reinforces evrtything I shared.

These guys do phenomenal work. I've hired various contractors in the past and I can honestly say that Fellowship is by far the best group of contractors I have worked with. I hired them to install a new boiler system for me and the job went as smooth as it could have possibly gone. Very professional group of guys, that exceeded expectations. I most definitely plan on working with them again in the future. Highly recommended!

It is unfortunate that I can't give negative rating. It has been a true disaster! Kyle suggested replacing a faucet that was leaking in one of the bathrooms, but not only he did not complete the job, he displaced the vanity top, broke the mirror of the medicine cabinet above the vanity cabinet, and cut the faucet in half in unsuccessful attempt to take it out. Then Kyle changed me $175 to change the water stops as he could not figure out how to turn them to cut the water supply, so I could have water in the rest of the house. He promised to come back and fix everything he broke, but he stopped responding to my texts and phone calls. I had to hire a different plumber who got everything fixed what Kyle broke.

Hope this review will help you make the right decision and stay away from Kyle Home Improvement (which should be renamed to Kyle Home Destruction )

Our water heater started leaking during the night and we woke up to a flooded basement, after calling all the bigger plumbing companies who couldn't come for a least 2 days, I came across Kyle's and he responded quickly even though it was the weekend. He let me know he was on the way and got us a new water heater and installed it quickly and explained everything. We could not have been more pleased.
