It is unfortunate that I can't give negative rating. It has been a true disaster! Kyle suggested replacing a faucet that was leaking in one of the bathrooms, but not only he did not complete the job, he displaced the vanity top, broke the mirror of the medicine cabinet above the vanity cabinet, and cut the faucet in half in unsuccessful attempt to take it out. Then Kyle changed me $175 to change the water stops as he could not figure out how to turn them to cut the water supply, so I could have water in the rest of the house. He promised to come back and fix everything he broke, but he stopped responding to my texts and phone calls. I had to hire a different plumber who got everything fixed what Kyle broke.

Hope this review will help you make the right decision and stay away from Kyle Home Improvement (which should be renamed to Kyle Home Destruction )

Our water heater started leaking during the night and we woke up to a flooded basement, after calling all the bigger plumbing companies who couldn't come for a least 2 days, I came across Kyle's and he responded quickly even though it was the weekend. He let me know he was on the way and got us a new water heater and installed it quickly and explained everything. We could not have been more pleased. Be aware that this guy will over charge you & try to scam/press you into doing something for money, when you really don't have to! Came to my apt, scratch up my toilet bowl & then told me they have to basically knock down my toilet & replace it for 1,000 dollars.. Luckily my gut told me not to do this, as I don't own my apt building so breaking the toilet bowl down for 1,000 bucks to pull seafood out just didn't sound right to me.. Charged me 250 for coming & was also late to the apt... Didn't give me a receipt which I thought was weird also.. Still have them the money cause I wasn't going to do it myself.. So thanks! But don't trust him if you're a female by yourself he will try & get over on you! My toilet works absolutely fine now.. Just had to remove few others pieces myself & now it's back as it was! ;)

Kyle and his team have been great! What started with an emergency pipe cleaning in the basement, became a full blown multi day plumbing saga involving new pvc piping, new faucets, 3 toilet repairs, and a new gas line for a grill!

They all have great attitude, they know what they are doing and will not leave until the client is satisfied.
