I cannot say enough good things about Feichtner Plumbing- from the start of my request for a plumber Dan the owner was in touch within a couple hours. After talking with MANY different places he was the only one to give me a rough estimate of pricing for what I wanted without having to come out and charge a service charge like most shops do. Pricing was very reasonable - actually the least I've paid for similar jobs in the past. The employees that came called ahead of their arrival to make sure I'd be there, showed up on time, and worked their tails off to get everything I asked for done even when one such project didn't seem possible, and walked me through everything once complete to make sure I understood what they did and how to use everything - true professionals. This is the only plumber I'll be calling for all my needs going forward- you should do the same.

Dan and Greg at Feichtner Plumbing were absolutely incredible. Unlike many of the mega-plumbing places, they are not out to rip people (women in particularly) off, but rather to help. When I first called with my issue, Dan answered the phone and I explained all of the things I've already tried and he mentioned one more thing I could try on my own. When that didnt work, I called back and he sent out Greg who diagnosed the leak pretty quickly and gave me my options. We did end up getting a whole new tub/shower, and it all happened before any of the other plumbers were even able to come out and look at the leak (like- they had me scheduled for March and April!?!?).
But overall, I appreciate that both of the men at that company that I came into contact with did not underestimate my knowledge and ability because I was a woman. It is rare and refreshing to find such a company these days, and I'm glad I did.
Side note- I wanted to do a little bit of demo on my own for this project- they said SURE! Then, after I was finished, I quickly found out this is harder work than any of us non-manual-labor-people ever realized! And then the prices of the jobs all made sense to me!! Thanks Dan and Greg!

Wow! What incredibly great service. My wife and I relocated back to Cincinnati, and realized our water heater wasn't producing hot water. I found, called and connected with Dan, who walked me through a troubleshooting sequence and said to call back if that didn't work. It didn't work so I called him back. He had me take a few photos and made the simplest of observations, solving our problem and making us extremely happy. It's amazing to know their are services businesspeople who actually care about others, who are empathetic to their situations, and who go out of their way to help.
