I just wanted to give a big thank you to the plumber from Fleichner who came today and took care of a clog that ruined my Christmas. After getting a quote of $1796 from another plumbing co for the job, I was feeling pretty stressed. You guys took care of the problem in under an hour at a reasonable hourly rate. The guy even cleaned up the mess from the work before he left. Thank you so much!

These guys have 5 star reviews for a reason. We had a clogged drain on a Sat night that was causing a leak in our basement ceiling. We submitted an inquiry via Yelp and the business was quick to respond. On Monday morning, they came out, evaluated the issue, and fixed it in ~3 hrs. Collin was on time, efficient, professional, and explained the issues and our options clearly. We've previously used two other local plumbers and their services seemed very overpriced. In contrast, the bill we received from Feichtner was very reasonable for the amount of work performed. I will definitely use them again.

I cannot say enough good things about Feichtner Plumbing- from the start of my request for a plumber Dan the owner was in touch within a couple hours. After talking with MANY different places he was the only one to give me a rough estimate of pricing for what I wanted without having to come out and charge a service charge like most shops do. Pricing was very reasonable - actually the least I've paid for similar jobs in the past. The employees that came called ahead of their arrival to make sure I'd be there, showed up on time, and worked their tails off to get everything I asked for done even when one such project didn't seem possible, and walked me through everything once complete to make sure I understood what they did and how to use everything - true professionals. This is the only plumber I'll be calling for all my needs going forward- you should do the same.

Dan and Greg at Feichtner Plumbing were absolutely incredible. Unlike many of the mega-plumbing places, they are not out to rip people (women in particularly) off, but rather to help. When I first called with my issue, Dan answered the phone and I explained all of the things I've already tried and he mentioned one more thing I could try on my own. When that didnt work, I called back and he sent out Greg who diagnosed the leak pretty quickly and gave me my options. We did end up getting a whole new tub/shower, and it all happened before any of the other plumbers were even able to come out and look at the leak (like- they had me scheduled for March and April!?!?).
But overall, I appreciate that both of the men at that company that I came into contact with did not underestimate my knowledge and ability because I was a woman. It is rare and refreshing to find such a company these days, and I'm glad I did.
Side note- I wanted to do a little bit of demo on my own for this project- they said SURE! Then, after I was finished, I quickly found out this is harder work than any of us non-manual-labor-people ever realized! And then the prices of the jobs all made sense to me!! Thanks Dan and Greg!

Excellent work. These guys are true professionals. Dan the owner is very responsive and did a great job of making me comfortable. Greg the tech they sent is very knowledgeable, expert at explaining the problems and was in and out of here in a couple hours. His work was impeccable.
