I love mike and his family he even treats his employees like family I've had the privilege to meet him through a tenant of mine and he has been outstanding and fair on prices! I use him for all of my Sacramento properties and he's always guaranteed his work ... he always been honest he's done small jobs and large jobs for me ranging from digging, trenching of bad gas lines to backed up toilets, leaking showers etc his schedule may be right but he always finds a way to get you in same day or next day and he shows up and actually fixes the problem not give you crazy run arounds!

I saw Mike's ad in the Pocket newspaper and called him over the week-end. He called me back first thing Monday and we set appt. for estimate that same Fri. for leak in my shower/tub. He was already waiting in front of my house as I got there before noon. He was very pleasant, checked the shower and mentioned 90% of the time it's a cartridge behind the faucet. He had an assistant, Jerry to assist him. I was convinced it was a wall tear down to fix and I'd been putting off this repair for awhile.
He was right. He didn't have the part so he went to the local Home Depot, got the part, returned and put it in. All done during my lunch hour so I didn't have to take extra time off work. Mike also checked my toilet which was not flushing optimally. Recommended replacement soon since it is orig. to the aging house. He also checked my other faucets in the bathroom and 2nd shower and recommended the same procedure. He was very straight forward, courteous and I'd use him again.

I called Fehn's Family Plumbing when my sewer was backed up. He came out within an hour to see what the problem was. He explained what the problem was and what would be the best solution to solve the problem. We arranged for him to fix the problem the next day. He was on time, and again, he explained what he was doing and the reasoning behind it. The problem was fixed. He cleaned up before he left and, I thought his price was fair. Mike followed up with us the next day. He guaranteed his work for 2 years. I am happy with Mike and the work he did. I will not hesitate to call him again.

I call thes guy at 6.30 pm 0n Monday left a message, no call 11.30 am the next day I called again ,micheal said he would call me back in 10 minutes,no call called him again at 630. said he would be ther the next day after 1.30 no show now its 645 and iam witing this ,ther ad says reiable these is a joke , never ever call fehns family plumbing ,

On Wednesday July 18th, on the recommendation of a realtor friend, I called Michael Fehn to set up an appointment to install a kitchen sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal. He said he could be at the house between 8 and 10 am on Saturday. So, on Saturday I waited at the house from 8 to 10:30. No one showed. I called and left a message asking where the plumber was. I was at that house until nearly 9 pm. No one showed up. No one called either of the numbers I left. We still need a plumber but I will be looking elsewhere.
