My warranty company, American Home Shield, recommended Feezell for my electrical repairs. Initially, I had a hard time contacting them to set up an appointment and gave them a bad review on Yelp and also complained to AHS. Dana Feezell finally contacted me explaining that the entire office had the flu so I gave them another chance. I'm glad I did because they arrived on time, completed all of the work and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this company and I plan to use them for any future electric, plumbing or gas needs.

Feezell Total Maintenance was assigned to us by our home warranty company, First American, for electrical repairs to our home. First American asked them to contact us to set an appointment -- but Feezell never did. Feezell had some good reviews online, so I wanted to hang in there with them. I tried to reach Feezell myself to set the appointment, but they did not return my call. I asked First American to reach out to them again, and they did. 10 days after they were assigned to us and still no response, I called Feezell again, politely asking that if they were too busy to take the job, to at least let us/First American know, so we could be assigned a new electrician. Nope, couldn't be bothered to return that call either. Looking around online, I've found reviews and comments from other First American customers who found themselves in the same boat with Feezell -- no follow up. When people need an electrician, generally they need one promptly. A good contractor understands that. Feezell's advertising boasts of their professional, neighborly approach to business, but they couldn't even spare common courtesy for this potential new customer.
