Steve was very responsive and helpful during his first visit. We had a leaky bathtub drain which he fixed. After we went through the trouble of re-plastering the ceiling, the drain started leaking again. After many failed attempts to have him return, we finally called another plumber to remediate issue and recut into the ceiling again. It was a disappointing experience.

Always a quick reply. This time for my garbage disposal. Installed a new one the next day. I was very thankful for the promptness, as I had no sink until it was replaced. (I had to shut the water off) Very satisfied.

In this latest cold-snap in January we were stranded with pipes that were freezing (not burst, thankfully) and a heater which had stopped working. While we'd called several plumbers, none got back (few even called back). Feeley's responded right away. Mr. Feeley senior came on Saturday and figured out the problem and let me know when they could get the part. Mr. Feeley junior then came early on the Monday when the part was available. We are now warm again after several days of cold.

They were both helpful and friendly and got the job done quickly for a reasonable cost.

After leaving a message they got back to me immediately and were flexible with the timing of their visit. While at our place, they were efficient, friendly and thorough in the explaining the issue. Recommended by someone I knew, I was hopeful about the results I needed for my commercial space. I gave Steve and his son a list of things we needed looked at and asked for an estimate. The estimate seemed fair so we agreed and set up a time for them to come in.
They no showed several times without calling, and finally they came in and got the work done. At first everything seemed great- they appeared to have cleaned and ""fixed"" all the issues we were having.
A week later, one of the leaks they fixed was leaking again, then it grew worse. I gave them a call to let them know it was leaking (same place, same leak= the 'fix' was not adequate) and asking if they could come by. They avoided my calls and didn't return them for about a week and a half, in which time a different and entirely new leak started in an area they had been working.
They called back to say they didn't care, were not coming back, and they did not feel they were responsible for their own work because it was too difficult to park in our neighborhood and it was too far away.
