I called Federal Way Furnace on 12/31/2019 because my furnace wasn't working properly. After I explained the problem with my furnace, Dave said that he could be there in an hour to inspect it. Dave was there on time at 11:00am as promised. As Dave was inspecting the furnace, he explained to me all the potential problems with old furnaces like mine. After the inspection, consultation and estimate was determined. I decided to go ahead and replace my furnace. Dave called his supplier to make sure that they had one in stock that would be compatible for the size of my house. They did. To my surprise, when Dave said that the furnace could be installed tomorrow (New Year's Day) and that it wouldn't be a problem even though it was a holiday. I accepted the job. The next morning Dave and his Son Jr. arrived in the morning on time and got right to work with the install. During the install, Jr. discovered that my gas valve was bad, which was also replaced during the install. Dave and Jr. are very knowledgeable and show great attention to detail with a positive work ethic. They run a professional and honest business with great customer service. I am a customer for life. I would highly recommend Federal Way Furnace to anyone who needs a needs a new furnace.

Our furnace was not starting today. We called Federal Way Furnace, who initially installed it back in 2006. The owner Dave said he could be out in about an hour. And he was. He found the problem quickly and it did not require any parts to repair. But he said he would buy a specific part (that may be needed in the future if the problem reoccurs) and keep it on hand, just in case it does go out. If that happens, he says he will come replace it at no charge. He even gave a 6 month warranty on the work. Dave is knowledgeable and runs an honest business. Highly recommend.

I purchased a new furnace and heat pump from Federal Way Furnace ( new name Federal Way Furnace LLC) in November 2012. Had to have Goodman heat pump replaced (compressor was bad) in December. Having issues with the new pump and the company refuses to return calls. Find another company and a different brand
furnace and heat pump.
