A couple of months ago, we had an issue where our toilet overflowed and spread to part of our warehouse, throughout the hallways and part of our office. Toilet water spread all over and for obvious reasons needed someone to help us right away.
We called three different places and they all said they would get back to us. Well, four times a charm because I kept looking and found a fourth vendor and received a call back within a half hour. The place I called was All Bay Restoration after seeing such high reviews. I spoke to Andrea, who I didn't know was the owner at the time, and she was so informative. It was such a difference compared to the other vendors, who to be honest, didn't express the importance or urgency of the matter. Andrea had said they had a job currently but would make a point to come by the same day to assess the damage. Please keep in mind, I had made this call at 4:50pm, 10 minutes to closing.
They arrived within the hour and I meet Justin, who is the owner as well. Justin assessed the situation and answered all of my questions. I found Justin very honest and knowledgeable in his craft. At this point, it was an easy decision to go with All Bay Restoration. They actually started the job right then and there. The damage we had was pretty extensive but through every step of the way, I found them very honest and professional. At the end of it, we were happy with the end results.
Justin, Andrea and the rest of the staff at All Bay Restoration are great people and highly recommend them!

Justin and Andrea were so helpful and professional, they turned a very stressful experience into something very manageable. From the first time Andrea came out to asses the water damage and what would have to be done I felt total relief and although I had no clue how to deal with water damage I had the help I needed. Andrea helped me all they way through the process starting with insurance claims to helping me pick out material that was to my taste as well as being modern and fresh. She continued to answer all of my questions and was always responsive to my calls and texts. Justin has a real talent for construction, he is very detail oriented so you feel very confident that your project is going to be done perfectly. I was extremely satisfied with the completion of the project and just how beautiful it turned out and on schedule.

I do not write review often. Andrea and Justin are wonderful who worth my time to write them an excellent review. I got a water damage in the bathroom of a studio over a garage. They come immediately and take care of everything through out the process of drying and restoring my water damage as well as helping me with the insurance and claims smoothly. My worries are gone under their professional help and guidance. My studio looks wonderful after their restoration. They also tell me helpful advices to prevent future possible water damages. There are so many details that must be addressed prior to and during construction, including working with the insurance company. Justin, Andrea, and the crew at FDM (All Bay) are awesome! When our new to us house got flooded, we were pretty stuck on how to handle it. Not many contractors know how to deal with insurance claims or even have the estimating software needed to do it, so we were thrilled from our very first meeting with FDM. They worked with the insurance company to help rectify their low-ball settlement, handled our many add-ons to the project, and dealt with the city of Oakland through all of their permitting silliness.

Our house is so much better than it was before we let them take on the project, and our neighbors/friends often comment about how great everything turned out. I highly recommend these guys.

WOW talk about GOOD people and GOOD business. My job is not even done and just the communication, professionalism, genuine concern for US as consumers speaks volumes.... We had someone come into our home and start a job that they had no business doing. They said they could do it and came highly referred, UGH. Disaster!!!!!! Let me just say another friend referred us to Justin & Andrea and I said are you sure??? We have been dicked around a lot already, he gave his word and lord they are amazing. Experienced, educated, HONEST, dependable, CLEAN, I could go in and on. Lets just say through our contractor nightmares lately they have been heaven sent and I cannot wait to see the final product. If you are ever in a situation where you're in need of restoration due to damages to your home, this is the BEST company to contact to help you with everything you need, every step of the way. I called All Bay Restoration in a panic when my toilet overflowed and flooded my downstairs kitchen and dining area. We cleaned up the flooding as best as we could, but the obvious water remaining under our flooring and walls was concerning. Not to mention, I was cringing envisioning nasty shit water germs infesting my home, even though I disinfected everything with Pine-Sol and Clorox wipes like 10x. Thankfully I was referred to this company from a friend who spoke highly of them. Andrea took my call, and When I explained my situation, she made herself available to assess my home and the water damages right away. She was really professional and super knowledgable and immediately put a lot of my concerns at ease. She explained how toilet water is a category 3 hazard to anything that can't be heat sterilized and said it had to go asap and knew my homeowners insurance would totally cover it. Andrea was even kind enough to call my home insurance company to start the claim for me. She really knows her stuff! Within hours, she got insurance authorization and started making moves with her amazing crew. They measured, packed up the working areas with lightning speed, and had dehumidifiers, fans, dryers going, and tore out all the affected flooring and dry wall. I'm still in awe at how quick they started getting restoration going, despite having several other jobs going on as well. I'm truly grateful to have found this company to help me with my home damages. I had no clue how or where to start, but Andrea has been a Godsend thus far. I can't wait to see the finished product and have my home beautified once again! Thank you Andrea, Justin, and the FDM/All Bay Restoration. You guys are amazing!!
