Fast but pricey and a bit free with the truth. Get an itemized quote listing components and labor cost prior to work. Why? We agreed on one model of boiler and when I came home he had installed another. The model was almost comparable to the one we agreed upon but I know he put it in because it is about $200 to $300 cheaper, a savings he didn't pass on to me. He claimed the zone control valves cost $150 each and I verified after they were installed that they cost about $75 each, a 100% mark up? Overall price was a little higher than he said it would be after which he claimed was due to the high cost of the zone valves? In addition he had to come back the next day to correct the wiring of the zones. I understand mistakes can be made. At least he came back since I had already paid him. Both times I've used him he performed the work fast which is a plus and he acts polite.
