This is my first time using this business for my plumbing needs. I had a toilet leak, and wasn't sure whether it was from my upstairs toilet or my downstairs toilet. It took an hour to find the leak, but they were thorough and meticulous. I learned a lot from watching them, and interacting with them. I'm confident they did the job correctly, and competently. It cost $59 for the call, and $265 for them to take the toilet out and do all the proper sealing, and put in the new parts.

Called them four times over the past four days trying to get someone to look at our hot water heater that stopped working. Each time we got an apology and were told ""someone would call us back.""

Incredibly satisfied! I called at 9am about a broken hot water tap in the shower, and Fazzino's was at my house by 11, and had the shower fixed by 12. The plumber (Scott I think?) was very friendly and courteous, and made sure I knew what all my options were and what they would cost. The bill was precisely as described, and the workmanship excellent. I would absolutely call Fazzino's again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Now please excuse me, I can't wait to take a hot shower...
