Fazule & Sons Plumbing bi-line is ""For All Your Plumbing Needs"" but they do not have the equipment or the know how to do all plumbing jobs. When I first called, I indicated that the toilet was blocked & we paid $300 for the first visit. I called back a few days later and said that the problem still was not fixed. I specifically asked Tony if we were going to be charged more since the problem was not fixed the first time. He said that we would not be charged for the first hour and would only be charged if they did something major after that to fix it.
But we were charged another $150 for the second visit because Tony said his guys had to drive to our house & they took out a baby wipe even though they said we would still have to call another plumber to complete the job. Therefore, we paid $450 to Fazule & Sons and were told to get another plumber because they were not able to do the job. Therefore, their bi-line is misleading. The other plumber said they didn't use any special equipment. If you need a plumber, I suggest that you call around first to make sure that you get someone who can do the job.

I hate to give bad reviews but this was a very expensive 15 minutes! We had a slow drain in the bathroom- not an emergency. They came on the same day. They snaked and didn't find anything. The drain is not better. They charged $250!!! It's hard to feel okay about this unnecessary expense.

Tony came out same day to rid my tub drain of a stubborn clog that I couldn't get out myself. He said he would be here at 3:00, but came 35 min late. Then charged $150 for spending less than 15 minutes pulling a wash cloth out of the drain. I wouldn't have expected to spend more than $100. Worse part is they left my tub a mess. They had put all my shampoos and stuff in the sink and left them there and then left dirt and debris all over the tub. For $150 I would expect a courtesy wipe down at least. But, they were the only ones who could make the time for me today and I don't have to wait 2 more days for my drain to be clear.

Fantastic service! We called them for some pressing issues and they were available the next day. Two of the guys (and both so nice!) came out and were at our house for less than an hour - fixed the issues with no problems and very reasonably priced! Their cost for coming out and fixing the problems was less than another plumber that came out to just give an estimate. We highly recommend these guys to anyone and will absolutely call on them again for any future plumbing needs. It's hard to find good people these days for house fixes (lots of nightmare scenarios that we've dealt with), so these guys were a breath of fresh air. Thank you again! - Alex & Erika

I had a very bad experience with Tony and his crew. They had given me a certain price and then had to go back and exchange a part that was not working well. It took them half an hour to purchase the part and then charged me again on my credit card, this was hours later. Nobody said anything about an extra charge and I thought it was part of the job.
Then when I went to take a shower I could not move the handle at all. It was very very tight. Tony did not respond to my complaint and I will never use them again nor recommend him.

Dude. Tony and Checkas saved the day. Our washing machine outlet pipe got clogged on Monday afternoon. Holidays, a baby, the smoke from the fires - and then water all over the floor?!?! No good.

I called Tony Tuesday morning and he was able to squeeze us in. Checkas and his intern (Patrick?) were there right when Tony said they'd be. They tried a couple of things and finally cleared the clog.

Bonus? Their shop is right up the street. I love supporting Oakland business.

I've been meaning to write a review on these guys. I'm joining the two thumbs up club for the work these guys do. I was working on a deadline getting my house ready for sale and Tony and his crew came out, correctly diagnosed the multiple issues I had and got the job done pronto. Real positive attitude and good feedback. In my case we had some slow drains that was the result of rust buildup in the pipes, some faucets that needed replacement / updating and a water heater that needed some TLC (flex gas and water lines and replaced water shutoff valve). And they provided easy to understand honest feedback letting me know what work needed to be done and why.

If you have plumbing problems you need to call these guys. They'll take care of you on time and within budget.
