They came out to replace a boot on our toilet. After having to work with them to get someone out sooner than a week, they came and performed the job to a satisfactory rate. They told us once we got the floor replaced to call them and they will come out the flange on. Called back a few days later and they are telling me we have to be without a toilet for another week because they are only running two plumbers right now. That isn't my fault. I already paid them over $600 for an incomplete job and now they are telling me they won't be able to complete it for another week. What a joke. This was the first and last time I will be hiring them. Now if I want to have a toilet and bathroom before the holidays I either have to do it myself or hire another company. I do not recommend

I highly recommend Fayette Plumbing, Heating & Air for any size job! They are my go-to company to solve my plumbing, heating and AC needs. Also my parents always used Fayette Plumbing, Heating, & Air. My Dad would say make sure you call the one on S. Broadway.
The crew did an exceptional job installing a tankless gas water heater! They explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable about the product. They didn't try to oversell and did a thorough job walk-through to make sure the product was right for us and our home. During the conversion and install the crew was very professional and extremely respectful of us and our home.
