Can't say enough good things about this company and their staff. I called and they were more than happy to accommodate an emergency pumping. Office staff is helpful and pleasant to speak with. Technician came when they said he would was very professional, dug our cover and even put the dirt on a tarp, as to not make a mess of the lawn! He was courteous and thorough and found our pump not working properly. I immediately called the office and they scheduled the pump company to come out the next day to resolve the issue. They as well, were very professional and did an outstanding job. Prices are more than reasonable. I would highly recommend them and ALL the services they have to offer.

I received excellent, professional service and attention this past fall (Nov. 2017), when my front yard septic tank overflowed due to the collapse of the old, original discharge pipe leading down to the leach field's distribution box.
Favreau used a camera to determine the source of the backup; it was decided that a new run of pipe from the tank to the leach field, a cleaning of the distribution box, and a new clean-out door at the tank to prevent debris buildup was needed.
One week later, a large crew of Favreau workers began and completed the work within one day; they came back a couple of days later to restore my front lawn area and driveway to very good condition. I'll have to reseed over the new pipeline, but that's a minor thing to me, given the work that had to be done.
I was pleased with the personal attention, professionalism, and the very reasonable price. (Some companies might try to sell you more than what you need to get back online - that was not my experience at all.)
I would recommend this company to anyone, whether it's for standard septic pumping or related repairs. Favreau is a family-owned business out of Sterling, and it's obvious they are very interested and vested in providing very good service.

We are selling our house and needed to have a Title 5 inspection done. Realtor recommended Favreau Septic and they were great! I am a big time worrier and Holly responded to each of my MANY emails promptly and answered all my questions quickly and assured me I could not ask too many questions!! They were on time and Holly and the guy with her were very professional and thorough. My wife had knee surgery the day before and Holly was very nice to ask how she was doing. I had my report in a very timely fashion and could not have asked for more. I would use this company again without a moments hesitation. Great job and will tell anyone who asks to use this company.

Their customer service is basically nonexistent. My husband and I contacted Favreau Septic for a septic cleaning and check valve replacement. We were shocked when we received the invoice. Little did we know that Favreau Septic only performs the septic cleaning. They hired a 3rd party company to replace the check valve that was over an hour away from our hometown in Princeton, MA! We were on the hook for their travel expenses (this alone accounted for nearly 3 hours of labor, times 2 men!) Had we been notified of this beforehand, we would've hired another LOCAL company.

We have been in our house for 2 years, so we decided to use the company that did the Title 7 for the house before we purchased i - Favreau Septic. We were blown away with the high level of customer service that they showed. They had records of our septic system and provide quick and clean service. Great work!!!
