Pete is a crook! I waited for 2 days for him to show up. When he finally did, he tore up my front cement and brick walkway trying to find a leak in my front yard, without letting me know what he was doing first, and without giving me any verbal or written quotes. When I came home to my torn up yard, he wanted $2800 for the day's work and another $1400 to restore the concrete and brick. I told him not to come back and ended up hiring another plumber to fix the leak, and a masonry contractor to re-pour the concrete and lay new bricks. He should have his license revoked. Do not use him!

I was referred to Pete by a friend who said he did a great job at a great price. I wish I had the same experience.

First I spoke with Pete on the phone and he told me he would call me the next day around 11 to make an appointment to stop by...at about 4P.M. I gave up on him. My buddy decided to call him and ask why he didn't reply. He was told the he was busy, but if I sent pictures of what I wanted done he would give me a price. I send him pics and gave him the basics. He asked me what I was quoted and asked for a copy of a proposal. I told him that none of the companies had given me a written proposal but the lowest verbal price I was given was $800. He replied then $1850 is my verbal. Obviously he didn't want the job or didn't believe me, but he didn't even bother to look at work before coming up with price. So all in all he seemed pleasant, but when it came down to it he couldn't be bothered to give me the time of day.

Hopefully I can warn someone would be victim away with this review.
