Great service. They were a few minutes past my scheduled time but I appreciated being called to tell me they were on their way. They did two simple fixes for me and now I am worry free. I'd call them again for any issues I had. Great customer service.

Suddenly our toilets back up and both showers were disgusting. It was Friday @ 2:00 & we had a house full of company. I'm suddenly in panic mode. Called Favinger & the lady answering the phone, answered ""Hello."" Sounding totally put out. Asked if this was Favingers & she said yes. Told her what happened & she started snickering, saying they were a week booked out. Click. If you work for a company, the majority of peoples first interaction is w/ those on the phone. That lady should be fired

Our toilet flooded and sewage was backing up into the shower on a Saturday afternoon. We called a couple of plumbers and one of them answered but said they had a lot of calls ahead of us and recommended a couple of other plumbers, including Favinger. We called and left messages at Favinger and another plumber, but Favinger called us back within the hour and arrived within a couple of hours even though they had other calls to attend to. They folded us in to the workload and we were very grateful. They cleaned out our main sewage line and let us see into the pipe with the camera snake. It cost $663, including the $100 emergency fee that we were glad to pay. Not cheap, but not too much, according to the national average for this service. Affable guys who came through for us in a crisis.

my experience with nate (from favinger) has been excellent. he's been very helpful with suggestions and prompt to respond to my questions. the actual work hasn't started yet so i have quite a bit more to review, but so far, so good.

This is to revise my review from yesterday. Favinger came out yet again (the 3rd time) and finally fixed my leaky faucet. The hot water is coming out of the hot side and the cold water is coming out of the cold, the faucet isn't leaking, and I wasn't charged for the second or the third call. Jeremy was in constant contact with me during the whole time, and eager to make good, and for now, all is good. If anything goes wrong, I will report it, but now I am a satisfied customer. IF this all happened on the first call, I would have rated them 5 stars, but they get 4 because it took 3 trips.

We have used Favinger twice, and both times we were pleased. This week, we had a leak under the sink and they were able to have them come fix it fairly quickly. It took them all of 30 minutes to install an entirely new faucet. The plumbers were polite and wore masks and I would recommend.

It said response time was 2 hours. I was given a window 27 hours away. Try not going the bathroom for that much time, or try to get ready for work without water! Don't advertise it if you can't produce it - (it was the main line so everything was backed up)

Last week one of the toilets and showers seemed clogged, and water started leaking into the basement. After trying everything we could think of we realized it was the sewer and called Favinger.
The crew was fabulous. Their knowledge and experience exceptional.
Using the camera Nick took me on a guided tour of my sewer line, all the way to the street He showed me where it changed materials, and where the clog was. He said the condition of the line was fair, and it will need a new lining eventually, (12K) but for now I could get away with cleaning every couple years.
Totally honest and candid. Can't say enough good. Price was fair, and they responded in two days. Highly recommended.
