I'm a tenant. I've only been in the home a short while and have had serious plumbing issues. Landlord, Gay Naiditc, had Favian come to snake the plumbing after a week without toilets or a shower. I had already paid to have the septic pumped myself. I had asked that Favian not video in my home, when I left the room and returned he was videoing. He had to go in pretty far with the snake and found minute pieces of some kind of wipes. TOLD THE LANDLORD I had been using wet wipes and that's what plugged the pipes. I never used them first of all. He could not know if they were from me or the previous tenant either. Landlord, Gay Naiditch, wanted a way not to pay the bill and told him so. When he was done letting her know what she wanted to hear she sent me a nasty text and told me she would be sending me the bill after what Favian had told her. RENTER BEWARE!!!!

Called and they answered quickly; set up appointment for a water leak. He showed up and worked quickly to determine the issue and fixed it. Great service, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Dealt with a different plumber initially who quoted a massive job just to find the leak; decided to try again and I'm so happy we did! Never needed a plumber before, so this was our first experience as homeowners. Thanks so much Favian!!!

Contacted Favian explaining plugged toilet on 2nd floor was creating ceiling leak on 1st floor. He told me he'd be at my home within an hour and he was. Ended up having to auger/snake via bathroom sink piping to clear the toilet blockage. Completed the job within an hour, professional throughout and very reasonably priced. I called favian for a full repipe in my home.. he told me he'll be there within the hour to give me an estimate and did just that. I have vaulted ceilings and the hallway attic does not connect to the kitchen, which was a problem for mostly all other plumbers. I had about 7 plumbers come out, every one, except favian looked as if it was going to be a problem. Favian was the only one who looked in my attic, assured me it would be no problem repiping in my kitchen area. Other plumbers told me the job would take 4-5 days, favian told me 2 days... I ended up hiring Fabians plumbing... they showed up on time, early in the morning and started the job... and stayed late. They were done in 2 days. They were polite, respectful, and hard workers..... and he put my drywall back! Thanks favian! We'll be using you next time... and will definitely recommend you!

We needed some plumbing updates/fixes and called Favian for a quote. His pricing was very reasonable for three things we needed done. On the phone, he was very knowledgeable about the intricacies of what needed to be done for the three updates/fixes.

When he came for the appointment, he was very professional and wore a mask which is appreciated during these times. He worked efficiently and did an excellent job. He is licensed and insured - two factors that were important to us.
