Adam was super nice to take my call, answer my questions about different options, and reprioritize his schedule to squeeze me in since having a family go without hot water for a week is a no go. Adam arrived promptly, communicated well and left the garage clean with a great install, replacing the gas valve, updating some small things to code, venting the emergency release outside. Unlike some big water heater companies Adam takes calls and does the work himself and is licensed. This is the kind of plumber you want to hire.
