This is a great company to do business with!! I paid for a quote from Mainstream plumbing for two shower cartridges replaced. They tried to charge me $944, but I was smart enough to call this company. They sold me the cartridges for 35$ each and walked me through the process. I saved over $800 dollars using them. They would have charged me $180 nan hour plus parts if they did the work. Still a substantial saving over Mainstream. Cali was very helpful and knows her parts. Well done!

I love this company. My son is very ill and I had come from Idaho to help him. His house was in terrible shape, leaky faucets and pipes, no hot water to shower. I got a reference to FaucetsN'stuff from John Ball of Ball Construction (thank you, John). They made time in their busy schedule to come and do the repairs. We don't know what time my son has left, but this company has made him a lot more comfortable. I thank them from the bottom of my heart. They are the best!

Very pleased with our service from Faucets N Stuff! On a Tuesday night, we discovered our hot water heater was leaking from the base and badly needed to be replace as it was 22 years old! We ended up shutting off the water and power to the water heater and going to bed. The next morning I started calling right away to have someone come out and didn't have much luck with some of our other local companies. I called Faucets N Stuff and Callie was extremely helpful! She gave me a package price over the phone and said she could have someone out within the hour! Seriously, same day within the hour! I was at work and she was nice enough to give me a call when the plumber was heading over so I didn't have to wait around. Kudos to her for being so nice and really making sure I was taken care of. Our Plumber Rick was very professional, knowledgeable, and quick. He was clean and paid attention to every detail. After he left, I noticed a slight drip from one of the pipes and called right away. Callie sent Rick right back and he replaced the pipe no problems. Not sure how the price was since we didn't get quotes from others due to short notice, but I was comfortable with the package deal since the pricing was upfront and with no changes or hidden charges. They saved me the headache!

I will not allow anyone to enter my home and touch the plumbing anymore other than mike and his brothers with faucets N stuff. These guys are pro and know what they are doing. No gold seal plumbing ,bull dog crap, or roto rooter work at my house anymore that have shady workmanship and don't stand up to their work at all nor admit to making awful mistakes. Faucets N stuff deserve a 100 stars!

This is the most professional business. Had a challenging gas hot water tank replacement. Office staff extremely helpful providing information and appointment set up and follow up during day of appointment. They sent out the plumber ahead of time to determine what special tank to order and consider installation plan. When Rick arrived ahead of schedule with the new tank he was efficient, professional, expertly installed tank with perfect clean up. Prices were competitive. What more could a customer want!

The shut off valve for our water pipes was so corroded it wouldn't work. I called this company, they were so nice on the phone. Because it was not an emergency a date was set for the repair, But if had been an emergency they would have come right out.
They showed up on time and didn't blink when told the valve was in the crawl pace; more like an unfinished basement; and finished the work in 15 minutes. They also checked the water heater down there and gave us a thumbs even though it was installed in 1993.
The price for the repair was more than fair. When we finally need to replace the water heater, our call will be to this company.

My wife and I strongly recommend FAUCETS & STUFF PLUMBING, a family owned and operated business near Pines and Sprague. Our neighbor Dee recommended them, so I called and got an appointment for the next day. Rob showed up early with a well-equipped van and got right to work replacing a leaking copper elbow and adding a valve for running water to the humidifier on our furnace. I asked him to reduce our water pressure, and he discovered our water pressure valve was broken. Less than 1/2 hour later he was back with a new one, and installed it in just minutes. All in all, under an hour's work for everything. Excellent and professional service, at a very fair price. Rob (one of the sons of the couple who started the business) exuded confidence, skill and pride in his work. We highly recommend them.
