I hired them to take out an existing shower and reinstall a new one. In the store they were great, helpful and knowledgeable, willing to spend time with me.
However, after a few start delays (someone out sick, another job to finish etc) the job, which was supposed to take 1 week, took over 5 weeks to complete!
I called and complained and they did reduce my bill by 5%, but then the bill arrived with many errors in it so I had to call again!
Overall the quality of the work was great, however the disruption to my family's life for 6 weeks was not acceptable and therefore I wouldn't recommend them to others.

Very helpful, very knowledgeable. They have helped me avoid $$$$$ to hire a plumber - free diagnosis included with any part ! Love 'em.

I was charged $285 for a new toilet install, plus $20 for the disposal of old toilet.

This seems very steep.

The plumber was in the bathroom for 10 minutes max. And I helped him carry the old toilet out. And I even bought the new toilet at Foley.

The plumber never mentioned that he needed to rebuild the flange. And I was never told there'd be a disposal fee for my old toilet.

I only found these things out when they sent the bill.

I called and questioned the bill. Nada.

Foley has a good local reputation. But I am disappointed in this particular transaction. Next time I'd get the pricing up front.
