There's a reason why Lowe's uses Faucetman for their installs , the entire staff is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. One clue, each person you talk to gives you their name, they stand by customer service. Easy to set up appointments and they are on time. Had a slight issue after my dishwasher install (because our house is 21 years old and had nothing to do with the quality of the install) so a second appointment was needed. The tech fixed it quickly and with a smile. Honest, dependable, and from front office staff to those in the field, a great team. If you need a great plumber, look no further than faucetman.

I am so impressed by the level of service provided.I recently bought a home but did not realize the water pump was leaking. I checked reviews and contacted the Faucetman Plumbing Services. The company sent out Doug to give me an estimate. Doug did such a wondering job explaining everything to me and provided affordable solutions. Doug fixed up our water pump and reassured us the water pump was covered under warranty. Needless to say, the water pump was faulty due to the manufacturer. We contacted Doug and he came out immediately. He assessed the water pump and returned in less than 24 hours with a brand new pump without charge! Doug worked hard to make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend this company. They are professional, dependable, and trustworthy. Very helpful from the front office to the men in the field! Derick and Izzy showed up ready to get it done. Profesional and personable crew went right to work and didn't waist any time. These guys had the parts and tools in hand to complete the job without waisting any time. Very conscientious about the work they were doing. They did an amazing job. Bought a water heater from Lowe's, and these guys were sent out to do the install, as well as another minor repair.

Long story short, they didnt do the install, their plumber wanted me to cancel the install with lowes, and give them the work under the table, cutting their company out of the loop. After they ""couldnt do the install"" they called lowes directly to refuse the install unless the water company changed my main line.

I had bad vibes with these guys, called econo west to do the install, who came to do it completely hassle free.

I can guarantee these guys wont see my business in the future.
