Wow! Called this company to just find out the service fee. Spoke to Yesenia and she was so rude. She just threw a number at me and then before I responded said and we do not have any technicians available anyways! Save your time call someone else. Any company who's customer service is this bad you do not want servicing your house.

I had the faucetman install 2 new bathroom faucets with drainage assemblies in the master bathroom and repair a leaky faucet in the bathtub. I was very happy with their work and recommend them for future work. They cleaned up after the job was completed which was an extra added bonus.

Wow! Where do I begin. I had an appointment between the hours of 1p-5p. The plumber showed up around 3 but I missed him. When I called back regarding rescheduling I was told by a woman by the name of Rachel that she would call me back to reschedule. I waited an hour and a half and never received a call back regarding this. When I called back after waiting I was forwarded to their voicemail twice. Left a message but never received a call back.

The Faucetman man (Doug) installed a water softening system I purchased at Lowe's on my home today. The installation price was competitive to market pricing. The technician could not have more knowledgeable on water softening systems. Very professional and accommodating. I recommend this company.

Just moving here and not knowing anything about the plumbing Company's around Lancaster I read the reviews and picked Faucetman plumbing. I'm so glad I did. They came out on the same day looked at my dishwasher drained it and trouble shot the situation and told me what to do. And what was wrong. Unfortunately my dishwasher was shot and I had to get a new one but I called them back and they installed my new one and took my old one away. Very professional, fast working, cleaned up after themselves .The receptionist was also very courteous and listened to me. If I ever have anything else go wrong with plumbing I will call this company

Unbelievable, an honest plumber that does his job right and doesn't try to up the price or sell you something you don't need. I had John Manning plumbing out to fix the kitchen sink as it was plugged. The technician tried to use his snake in the line and said he could not unplug the line using a snake. But he could use his Hydro-jet and get it clear at a cost of $ 755.00. I told him no and that I was going to call another plumber as I did not believe him. He still charged $187.00 to clean the drain and never did. I paid him just to get rid of him. The owner of Faucetman came out and had the drain unplugged I about 10 minutes using a snake. When I told him about John Manning, he said he was sorry and plumbers like that give everyone a bad name. If you want an honest, no B.S. plumber this is who you want to call. The description of the five star rating is correct, As good as it gets.

We have used Faucetman for a couple jobs for my mom: propane gas leak detection, which they repaired and to also to fix a water heater vent issue. Both times Doug and his assistant Scotty came out and did excellent work at reasonable prices.
They are very honest and customer focused and they make sure everything is done right the first time. I highly recommend them as I have shared their business cards with all my family. We now have a plumber we can trust and we will definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues.
