This place is great! The owner is super helpful and nice!! I ended up going there twice, and asked a lot of questions. All of my questions were answered and he was very respectful. I have found other plumbing supply stores very rude to me as a female customer. The faucet doctor likes female customers! I'll definitely go back there!

Not only have I bought sink parts from them. I've had them install a new kitchen faucet. And a water heaters pressure relief valve and expansion tank. Totally satisfied with there work both times.

This shop was just super. I showed up with a faucet part that I needed replaced and they worked their magic. I have absolutely no professional skill or acumen on home repair/plumbing and the staff were very respectful and incredibly helpful. Will definitely be using this as my go-to spot for any faucet related needs.

I love locally owned shops like this, because the owners are usually experts not only in their field of work, but also on the variety of parts, old and new, through out their shop. When doing repairs on an old house, these guys are priceless resources. Cliff, the owner here, did not disappoint. He spent probably a half hour with my dad and I, helping us not only pick out a new faucet for my tub, but walked us step by step how to make the repairs and offered lots of great tips and advice.

Great guy, very helpful, and I will be back next time I need to do some plumbing work (which hopefully is not soon!)
