I have a fairly new house built by Lennar and decided to replace the builder grade toilets with high-end Toto units with washlets bidets. I contacted 4 plumbing companies. The Faucet Doctor was the only one who sent a plumber, Greg, to come out for an estimate; the other 3 just sent ""blind"" estimates. I hired Faucet Doctor and Greg came back yesterday to install the Totos. He did a great job. So, attentive service, fair pricing, and good attitude!

Needed both valves replaced on my washer and dryer hookup. I called at 3pm to schedule an appointment. By 8am the following morning the work was being done and it was completed within 1.5 hours. Very fair price and the gentleman that did my work was very friendly and informative.

Greg replaced an old hot water tank with a Navien tankless hot water unit with a circulating pump. He took the old heater and cleaned up the work area when they were done. Install looks great. After he left we realized the circulating pump wasn't configured. They returned promptly and got the configuration set properly. He also helped sourced to replacement tub spouts. Greg will be my first call for future plumbing needs.

Sean was coincidentally at my house while another rude plumber is trying to gouge us to install a pressure regulator. He quoted me a price that is $200 cheaper than what the other companies were asking for.
