Needed both valves replaced on my washer and dryer hookup. I called at 3pm to schedule an appointment. By 8am the following morning the work was being done and it was completed within 1.5 hours. Very fair price and the gentleman that did my work was very friendly and informative.

Greg replaced an old hot water tank with a Navien tankless hot water unit with a circulating pump. He took the old heater and cleaned up the work area when they were done. Install looks great. After he left we realized the circulating pump wasn't configured. They returned promptly and got the configuration set properly. He also helped sourced to replacement tub spouts. Greg will be my first call for future plumbing needs.

Sean was coincidentally at my house while another rude plumber is trying to gouge us to install a pressure regulator. He quoted me a price that is $200 cheaper than what the other companies were asking for. I was a little skeptical first but they came yesterday and was informative and helpful, installed with no issues(so far). We found our selves a trustworthy and honest plumber for life.

I cannot recommend this vendor to anyone. I'm grateful I didn't have to work with someone with the ethics he displayed to me. I called Faucet doctor for plumbing for a water softener as he had been recommended by the plumbing store I went to. It was going to be a big project because the water main was in front of condo and would involve digging around whole side of home and splitting water line for gardening not to be on whole house line. Prices were itemized by labor separate from the Nuvo unit because I was unsure if I would purchase a water softener from them or use a salt water one that was given to me. Their estimator gave a detailed written estimate for labor costs and separate charges for the water softener.
To make a very long story short, I decided to buy a Culligan salt water softening system, and they called Faucet Doctor to do the plumbing work. I was informed by Culligan that Greg would do the work on October 10th or 11th depending when he finished another big job. On the 10th I called his office to find out if he was coming that day still or the next and was informed my home wasn't on his schedule. I called Greg Singletary myself, since my Culligan rep hadn't heard back from him either to confirm which of the two days it would be. He said he had decided he wasn't going to do the job. To my knowledge, he didn't have the courtesy to call anyone to inform them he had a change of mind about doing the job. To my knowledge, Culligan didn't try to hire someone else for almost a week because they believed they had hired Greg Singletary to do the work. I'm glad I didn't hire the Faucet Doctor for the whole water softening system. I allege Greg Singletary's word/promise/commitment meant nothing in my case.
