If I could give negative reviews, I would. My husband called to make an appointment 8-9am. My husband spent over 4 hours taking out the old sink and garbage disposal so it'll be easier for this plumbing company.
The guy never called to confirm or cancel. So now we gave no sink and we will have to do it ourselves-no big deal. But for a company who will charged almost $100 an hour I would at least expect some phone call to either cancel or confirm the appointment.

Edit: my husband called him 30 mins past the appointment and when he answered he didn't even seem like he remembered that he has a client and an appointment. The sheer unprofessionalism.

These guys are great! They could've charged a ton. Instead they were honest and let me know that rather than have me order new parts, I could get my parts for free under warranty. They also did a great job installing a new water heater. I highly recommend them.

Faucet brothers ripped off my elderly parents for $1k. They did the work incorrectly and when contacted for follow up, they never responded. They were paid in good faith then bailed. Another plumber finished the job correctly for half as much money. Avoid these greedy, lazy scammers.

This company said needing water turned on to wash a bottle was an inconvenience to them and wouldn't do it instead had their contractor come out and bring us bottled water. When we called asking to give a complaint because the plumber was extremely rude and unprofessional. And was told over the phone by a manager that our 8mo was an inconvenience because she had to have formula for her main nutrition because there was a miscommunication with them and our property management where we did not receive notice to prepare for not having water. Honestly if you're a woman and have children. It might be safer to go somewhere else.

Hopefully this review along with there many other 1 star reviews will save some people the hassle of dealing with Faucet Brothers, or encourage this local company to do business with a little more ethics. This company was sent to my property by my home warranty company. Unfortunately they choose the contractor they send out. the first visit the man (DAVE) who came out (who apparently is the owner) made me immediately uncomfortable by asking a lot of personal questions. Do I have a husband? How many people live in the house? How old were my children? He then proceeded to replace my garbage disposal and rigged my sink leak with a piece of PVC pipe he cut down. And failed to bring the sprayer part needed to complete the sink leak situation. We also had an issue in our restroom and he replaced the wax seal on the toilet and stated we were smelling the sulfur in the water. The issues were not resolved. I had my warranty company recall him out. His 2nd visit was scheduled and then cancelled the day before due to him going out of town suddenly and their ""other"" employee not being able to come out. When he finally did come out, This time he checked under the home for a possible leak in the pipe since we were still getting bad smell from bathroom, and when he was finished failed to re attach the siding of the crawl space correctly leaving an opening. He also stated he forgot the sprayer hose for the sink. Which upset me since I had spoken to his wife so she could remind him since he failed to bring it the first time. At this point he stated that there was probably an issue with the venting in the bathroom so he would connect with the warranty company and get back to me. 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing so I called and spoke to his wife Nancy and she said she would reach out to the warranty company and call me back to make an appointment. She also had me send her photos and video of the sink so they could get the correct parts for the next visit. She did call back and schedule the 3rd visit for a Friday between 8-10am. At 10:30 I called to see why no one had shown up. Nancy stated they were on their way to my house and should be there anytime but she would call and see where they were. She then called me back to say her husband said he called me and wasn't going to come because he needed to talk with the warranty company and figure out if the work would be covered or not. I was upset again at that point since I took the day off work for this appointment. I asked her to give me a bid on the work because I need it done regardless and she said not a problem and would call me back. The following week I heard nothing so I contacted my warranty company who let me know the contractor made his report closing my claim stating he would have to go into the walls to fix my bathroom vent and that the sink leak was already remedied and he was unaware of any other leaks so there was no more work to be done. I sent my photos texts and videos to the warranty company who offered to have him come back out an complete the job correctly, but I would NOT have this guy out to my property again for any reason whatsoever. This is a small valley and we have some really questionable contractors as Faucet Brothers surely is, so again, hopefully this review along with there many other shotty reviews will save some people the hassle of dealing with them or encourage them do do business with a little more ethics.

Verry small job took 15- 20 minutes max. And thats with talking. So this is how it went... First quote $200. Ok then he calls and says $300. because of drive time ok whatever were only 30 minutes away so an hour drive time both ways keep in mind some of that 30 minutes is still within his normal drive time that he would do for any other customer so out of his normal driving distance if one would have to say mabey only be a 10 -15 minute drive time. So he comes does job and hands bill to my husband for $450.00 Talk about trying to take advantage of people when they're down.

Great service! We had two bad leaking hose bibs we could not use and two leaky faucets in each bathroom that are now working great. Quick appointment, good followup and reasonable for all they did in parts and labor. We would use them again if needed and will recommend them. Thank you!

This was and continues to be the most bizarre situation we have ever dealt with. We used them through our home owners insurance. Earlier in the year another company fixed our toilets. Regular issues, after nine years the plastic internal parts got old and needed to be replaced. In doing so the water levels became inconsistent and always far lower than they had always been. This is the point Faucet Brothers entered the picture. This was a simple water level adjustment issue. Our toilets clog regularly because there isn't enough water most times to fully flush. They were several hours late. That was fine. Very nice young man but nothing was accomplished. He flushed a few times went out to truck came back and flushed some more. Nothing was adjusted and I was told he would call the company to see if it was intentional that the water was so low. Days passed not a peep. Come to find out they told our insurance company the order was completed and WE PAID FOR NOTHING! My husband tried calling and had a strange, frazzled phone conversation that made no sense. Still no call back. We have been forced to complain through our insurance company. lying and saying a job was complete while we are waiting for some nonsensical call is unethical. I say nonsensical because I've called four plumbers independently and apparently water level adjustments are NOT complicated. This is still not resolved even though we have paid.

I'm not sure how this guy is even a plumber, we called him out to fix a leak under a bathroom sink, he was late coming out and when he looked at the problem he told us to order a part from Delta, about a week later we received the part we ordered and called him to come back out, he came out, looked at the part and said it was the wrong part even though it was exactly what he showed us to order, he told us to call delta back and order a different part, again a week later after ordering another part he said it wasn't right!!! We gave up on him and called Hukills, a man came out and had the problem fixed in 5 minutes and he said the part that the guy from Faucet Bro's told us to order doesn't exist!!!!
