I tried to schedule an appointment to have someone come out and replace the valves on two of my bathroom sinks that are leaking and repair a slow drain. The woman I spoke with was very short and rude throughout our conversation. She treated me like my call was an inconvenience to her. She took my information and said she'd have to talk to someone to find out how long the job would take and that she would call me back to set something up. Never heard back from her. Honestly, after the attitude she had, I can't say that I'm dissapointed. I contacted another company that was pleasant and courteous over the phone. They are coming out first thing in the morning.
UPDATE: I got a call back from them a week later informing me that they needed to cancel and reschedule my appointment for that day... an appointment which I was never even made aware of in the first place, long after the work was already completed by someone else.

Affordable, efficient, extremely punctual, professional-- just a few words to describe Fathom Plumbing. Really, you cannot do better and trust me, we've had an array of plumbers to our home to fix a variety of issues for the past 2 years, but we've FINALLY found a team that we can rely on. My father used Fathom to put a bathroom in our basement. They arrived exactly when they said they would, a little early actually. They completed the job and it exceeded our expectations. The bathroom looks great and everything works great. We had a problem at first with the toilet clogging and Fathom returned in a timely manner and attempted to fix it. When that didn't work, they simply replaced the toilet and everything works great now. They were always courteous and and timely. Fathom also stands by their work as the replaced toilet and the other visits were all done at no charge. A few days ago, a line to the hot water heater began leaking. It appeared to be a defective pipe and Fathom arrived within an hour of our phone call and fixed the problem, again at no charge since it was part of the bathroom remodel. The work is excellent and they've done everything possible to make right any problems we may have had. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family. Top notch work, top notch service.
