I normally don't offer reviews of things I spend money on, but I'm so pleased with the repair process to fix a basement floor storm drain that I want them to have as much business as they can handle.
I found the drain full of water and Robbie thoroughly investigated, acknowledging the factors he didn't know yet. He began the repair and we coordinated a thoughtful approach to minimize cost and solve the problem. He had to take an extra day, but made sure he didn't leave the job before it was done for another appointment.

I won't have to look further for future plumbing issues.

I got my main drain snaked to be proactive before having any problems. Since they came out I have had nothing but problems. Complete waste of money and time. It's sad that you can't get a company to stand behind the work you pay them for.

When you talk about a plumbing service such as Father & Sons (F&S), then your mentioning a company that provides affordable prices, dedication, a quality skill set, and commitment. I'm just not taking this day out just submit a review, but I'm taken this time to submit a review because I received the best plumbing service I've ever received in my years of dealing with plumming issues. It feels good being to be part of a family business that you can depend on and trust. Excellent job F&S for removing the entire tree growth that was lodged throughout the 55 feet of my sewer drain.

They repaired a toilet for me and it started leaking the next day. I called them 4 times but they would not return my call. I ended up fixing it myself. The didn't tighten the bolts enough on the tank.

I spoke with them and asked them if they replaced gas valves on water heaters and was told they did. I went so far as to take photos of the water heater's model tag as well as the gas valve. They said they didn't have the part so even called the manufacturer and found a local supplier, and would have even gone to get the part but the distributor did not sell to the public. They told me they would get the part, and did not hear back. I called & texted multiple times and only got one response, which was they ordered the part from their distributor and would get it the next day, Friday, which then turned into Monday. Keep in mind this is after a week of no hot water! Monday came, did not hear back, texted & called, did not hear back. Same thing Tuesday (been over a week now), and realized that these people never had any intention on providing me the service they committed to over a week prior, and finally admitted defeat and just bought a new water heater.

VERY disappointed.

Father and son plumbing and heating came out to fix the line to my toilet on Tuesday, July 10, 2018. They came out 2 hours early. Robbie was the plumber they
sent. He fixed the line in about 15 minutes. He did a good job and was professional. I would recommend Father and son plumbing and heating to anyone who needs any plumbing work done.
