Don't even waste your time! I called them at 9 o'clock in the morning and they gave me a 12 o'clock appointment which is not too bad to fix a leak as I was without heat and hot water. They never showed at noon so I called them up at 1 o'clock and they said that he was on his way. The bottom line is at 4 o'clock I never heard back from these people and had to call another plumber to do the job.
And when they call you back they call you back from a different number so you have no idea who's calling you. You have been given fair warning

I've been a loyal customer of Father and Son for years. But on this call, I've been treated miserably and Father and Son has lost a customer.

I called Father and Son requesting an appointment and was given between 2-2:30. They rarely come on time, usually they are about 2 hours late, so I waited. I hadn't heard from them by 5 PM, so I called and was told they were stuck on a call and could they come at 8AM the next day. I understand - stuff happens, so I agreed. Was ready for them at 8 AM, dog was crated, I was dressed - and no plumber. Waited until 9 AM, called and was told they had a flat tire. Ok - I'll wait. Called at 10 - the tow truck just arrived and when I asked for an ETA was told 40 minutes. At 11 AM, I called, really irritated and was told that he was on a street that is 3 minutes from my house (7 if you hit every light between here and there - 10 if you stop at DD for coffee). Because I was irritated, I told him that I had thus far waited a total of 6 hours and hadn't even had the courtesy of a call to let me know what was happening. He (Tony, the owner) asked if I wanted to call a different plumber, that I was welcome to do that. I told him that had I known I'd be waiting for 6 hours with no service, I would have considered it yesterday! So he told me he wasn't coming because I ""have an attitude"". Ok - so I backed off, explained that it had been 6 hours of total waiting time and did he really blame me for being irritated. So, he relented, I relented and I got my dog back in his crate for the 3 - 10 minute wait. After 30 minutes, I called and booked another plumbing service. After 40 minutes, Tony arrived. When I told him that I didn't need him anymore, I got to hear the problems he had and was told that he was out of sorts. At the end, I told him he'd lost a loyal customer in me and he said ""That's your choice."" They come late but do a good job, however, this time was too much and to be told he's not coming because I have an attitude - well, he earned himself a poor review of Yelp and lost a loyal customer.

I wouldn't use them again. Ever....

I was having trouble finding a place that could send someone to help us install our new in wall gas oven and cooktop. When I saw Father & Son pop up in my search, I had a good feeling.
I gave them a call a spoke with Tony who was really nice and said he'd send someone same day, gave a timeframe. They called before the timeframe to let me know they'd be here within 30mins, and they were.
Omi came to take a look and give me an estimate. He then stayed and did the job right then and there.
Omi was AMAZING! He took his time, he paid attention to detail, even cleaning as he worked.
My hubby and I were totally impressed by what a pro he is!
He knew exactly what needed to be done, and even helped us by hauling out the old oven and stove top outside for us.
I will absolutely be using these guys again next time we need something done!
Can't recommend enough!

Father and Son affordable sewer and drain responded quickly to my (tub) clogged drain issue on a Sunday. They were reliable and affordable. I highly recommend using this company if you're having an issue that requires a plumber.
