They did a great job. They were timely and efficient. I appreciated their timeliness and professionalism. They went out to my tenants on Paseo in Colorado Springs and the tenants thought they were just coming over to look at it, but they had everything ready to go and replaced the water heater the same day. I'm a fan and will definitely recommend them to others.

Thank you, thank you! I'm in Vermont and my boyfriend found a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom. Water Heater Pros referred me to this company and they didn't disappoint. They were able to accommodate the time constraints of my boyfriend's work schedule and flying out of town the day after. They found the leak and were able to repair it in no time. After, the repairman called and told me what he found and did to fix it. The cost was very reasonable. Then he gave me referrals of others for the drying and drywall repairs needed after. A+, 5 stars, Yahoo!

Terrible service. Plumber came wasted the day didn't even bring his tools to get started on the job. Just took a look and a couple of pictures. Plumber lied about being able to work on Saturday and lied about scheduling. We called the company when he didn't show up and they told us that they don't work on Saturday and we were not scheduled for the job. Their was nothing they could do for us and we had to wait another week before our plumbing was done another week without a shower. I don't recomend, unless you want lazy workers and terrible service.

Jeff is fantastic. I can't say enough good things. He came to our home to snake out a seriously clogged drain (bottle cap, baby wipes). My kids (3.5 and 2 years) were super interested in him and his tools. He took them to his truck multiple times - and even put on their shoes when they went outside! He then carried my daughter upstairs (she's a little wobbly). He just goes above and beyond. We have since hired him to fix a leaky valve and replace our water heaters as well. He does excellent work and is just a very kind human. To top it off, his pricing is excellent.

Fabulous!! Loren was professional from start to finish. Never felt like he was 'creating' more 'work'. He explained everything clearly. Reasonable price. Company was recommended by someone who works in water problems. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Such a great experience. Which is nice to say about a plumbing leak.

called this company to find out how much it would be for them to snake my drains from the septic tank to the house. They told me over the phone it would be $125.00. The technician came out and determined that the septic tank was full and needed pumped so he did not provide the service of snaking out my drains, he merely moved the buildup in front of the pipe with a shovel which took five minutes...but proceeded to charge me for the entire service. He knew I was upset so he discounted my bill by 15 dollars. I completely understand charging a reasonable trip fee (most other companies quoted around either free estimates or a simple $50 trip charge to come out to my location since I live in the country) but to quote me $125 for a service that you didn't provide and then still charge me $110 for it is beyond my capacity to understand. I think it is crooked and bad business...I certainly will never call on this company again.
