Had a scheduled appointment with Roto Rooter to change out a kitchen faucet for 10am to 2pm. I called at 2:00 they told me they were running late and could not give me a time when they would be there. Called Fast Rooter, Jay was in the area and came over in 15 minutes. Changed out the fixture- no BS and the charge was very reasonable. Highly recommend this company

After months of communications with Junior and Mike, there's still no appointment set for someone to look that the leaks. Very unprofessional and unreliable- each time I spoke on the phone with Junior, he promised to send a follow up text to set up an appointment. This said text never comes through. When I follow up, there is no answer! It's been months with the same cycle and no progress - leak has become worsen. I'd never recommend these guys to anyone. Bad overall experience!

Matt at Fast Rooter Plumbing did such an exceptional job! He arrived on time, assessed our water leak situation quickly, and addressed it along with a few other minor plumbing to do's. He patiently explained the cause behind each issue. He's a pro and we will definitely use this company again.

I had Jay come out to fix a leaking shut off valve under a bathroom sink. He came out asap from Kapahulu and was here in 10 minutes. After shutting off the main water valve on the sidewalk he emptied the remaining water in the pipes and changed out two valves and replaced 2 supply lines in less than an hour. Total PRO! Damage came out to $171 including the tax. That's parts, labor and coming out to fix it right NOW! AAA++++++++!!!

Fast Rooter was referred by my regular plumber and they didn't disappoint! Immediate response, even though I called after hours and was expecting to leave a voice message, but they answered and were able to come out the next morning! Joey was as great as all the other reviews have said: professional, personable, knowledgeable and efficient! Very reasonable pricing too! If I could give more stars I would! My mom had a clogged drain and because she loves to cook we needed this cleared quickly. Being a Saturday, I was skeptical that we would be able to find someone to come out. When I called, they said they could be out within 2 hours. Great! Not only did Matt come sooner than that, my mom said that it was done quickly and he cleaned everything up. She was really happy with the prompt and professional service. It ended up being the minimum charge of around $100, which she thought was fair.

Matt was here within an hour of when I called about a clog in my laundry/kitchen drain. He said they are not always THAT fast, but they had finished some jobs early today. Before I called Fast Rooter, I had called another company who quoted me a minimum of $209 to come out the next day. After seeing the reviews on Yelp, I called Fast Rooter and they said it would be a flat rate of either $95 or $140. So I cancelled the first appointment. The job cost under $100 with tax and was done faster than I had anticipated!

Mark, the Owner of Fast Rooter is very rude. Every time I ask him he answers me very rudely. We have been their customers for many years.

Called fast rooter on a Saturday and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. Was given a 2 hour time window and told I would be called 30 minutes before the workers were to arrive. No workers arrived and I did not receive a courtesy call. This company's lack of professionalism inconvenienced both me and my tenant and prolonged an already ""crappy"" situation.
