I would never use Fast Rooter ever again, however the Resident Manager Office swears by them though and insists that the residents here use them, since according to the Resident Manager's Office, Fast Rooter knows the building. Experienced Deceptive Pricing, Technicians doing things to inflate the price, poor workmanship can't seat a toilet and securely to the floor and properly seat wax seal, poor customer service, was told I was an unhappy person and because I felt I was over charged I was ""nitpicking"" about the fact Technician didn't properly secure toilet base to the floor and proper set wax seal, take could leak into lower floor unit and cause lower unit damage, which I would be responsible for and definitely no quality control. No sense of urgency to correct and replace wax cell, nor make good on their error. Never again, at least Rotor Rooter, makes good on their mistakes, not Fast Rooter.

Another call from Fast Rooter on July 18, 2016- only company within 3 that could respond within the same day of calling. Matt did a great job - gave oral estimate before starting which was reasonable and completed clearing unknown plug in main down 30 feet, pulling toilet and re-installing - all lines cleared within 3 hours.

After reading the positive reviews on Yelp and also my sister's high recommendation, I thought I would give Fast Rooter a try. I spoke with Junior at 7:40 a.m. Monday and scheduled a plumber for 9:00 a.m. the same morning. When asked, Junior was upfront that they charge an hourly rate of $95/hr. Mike arrived at 8:50 a.m.! He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient! Our problem was fixed in less time than a half hour. I will definitely keep this company's phone number in my personal directory for future reference. I am very happy with their service.

I normally don't write Yelp reviews, but I thought it would be a disservice to this company if I did not take the time to say something. After many days of listening to my toilet running, I decided to call Fast Rooter Plumbing this morning (8:00am), to my surprise, I had an actual person answer the phone! Who by the way, was very pleasant and professional. Junior immediately dispatched Jay out to my home, and within the hour he was here ( thought I had to wait for an appointment being that it was on the weekend)!! Jay assessed the situation and explained exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. He was very efficient and was able to finish in less than an hour! Boy, when they say Fast Rooter Plumbing ..... They live up to that name!!! I highly recommend using this company! I am a very satisfied customer! This will be my go to plumber forever!!!! C. Gabriel

Fast, reliable, professional and reasonably priced--I highly recommend this company and am grateful for their speedy and quality work! I called Fast Rooter Plumbing to repair a leaking toilet wax seal and within two minutes of my initial phone call the plumber contacted me directly and arrived an hour later with a partner to complete the job. $95/hour with a minimum charge of 1 hour plus cost of parts is what I was quoted and I appreciated that the plumbers didn't dilly dally to complete the job as other plumbers in the past have done with me to maximize their per hour rate. I'll definitely be calling them in the future if I'm ever in need of a plumber and will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

Called the Manoa office after being referred by another plumber. These guys were professional, courteous, respectful, skillful, and reasonably priced service. Would highly recommend their service to anyone!!

Have used Fast Rooter on many occasions and have been very happy on each occasion. From leaky faucets, toilet repairs, to emergency calls, they do it all and usually very prompt on their turnaround times. They give you a 3 hour window and a call before they head out and have been very prompt in resolving the problems. They are very reasonable and honest. They have exceeded our expectations, and will definitely choose them again for our plumbing issues.

Called fast rooter on a Saturday and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. Was given a 2 hour time window and told I would be called 30 minutes before the workers were to arrive. No workers arrived and I did not receive a courtesy call. This company's lack of professionalism inconvenienced both me and my tenant and prolonged an already ""crappy"" situation.

We had a small water leak near our toilet (not an emergency, but definitely something we wanted to fix sooner rather later). Matt answered my call on a Sunday, scheduled an appt immediately for Monday morning, promptly fixed the problem, and presented me with a fair itemized receipt. Very satisfied with the whole experience and will definitely call him again if we need a plumber.

I had a clogged kitchen sink that needed a plumber to clear. Jay responded within an hour and did a thorough job. He cleared the blockage and snaked my pipe farther to insure he got everything.
