I don't know whether Easter Monday was a bad day for these guys or whether they took the day off, but I called once at 3:15pm and again at 4:45pm and left messages on their Aiea phone number and their main phone number. I never did get a reply.

I love their fast response since I called them twice in less than 2 weeks. They came in less than 20 mins after the call on Saturday. They were professional and clean up after the service. I paid over 200 dollars and was told not to use the disposal plus no more food in drain. In other words, they asked me to forget the practice for the past 10 years in this house. By the way, they told me they cleaned my pipe pretty good and would last for a while after the first clean up.

Only my 2nd review in about 5 years. I really feel that this company deserves 5 stars. Not only were they able to respond quickly to my emergency on a Saturday when other places could not come immediately or were closed, they fixed the problem, were courteous and best of all - the price was waaaay better than I had feared it would be!
