Fast Rooter Plumbing was professional. The tech arrived promptly and even gave me a courtesy call prior to his arrival as I had requested. He cleared the cloggage quickly. The charge was reasonable too. I would recommend their services.

Only my 2nd review in about 5 years. I really feel that this company deserves 5 stars. Not only were they able to respond quickly to my emergency on a Saturday when other places could not come immediately or were closed, they fixed the problem, were courteous and best of all - the price was waaaay better than I had feared it would be! Thanks guys! I will be sure to use you again and recommend you to my friends.

I had used their services to clear my drains three times in the past. They were great. However, I set up an appointment to fix a leaky faucet 2 weeks in advance. When the day of the appointment arrived. I called an hour after they were to be here and owner said they were busy. I mentioned appointment and said what was point of setting appointment when they never showed. Then when plumber finally came hours later, he said he had to order parts. The leak was so bad it filled the tub completely every day. I waited 2 weeks and no call back, had to text and call plumber multiple times and he finally came to fix, but then the plumbing now vibrates everytime I turn it on. Plumber said he asked boss several times and boss basically put me off. I have tried to call several times to get them to take care of new vibration issue, plus the completion of a job in a second bathroom, and now months later they still have not finished job even after multiple calls. Sad, as I wanted to hired them to reline my sever lines and do other work. I am looking for a plumber who is professional and reliable if anyone has someone out there. I would not use these folks due to their lack of professionalism and inability to make appointments or show up in a timely fashion for job.

I'm so incredibly impressed with first plumber experience with Mike from Fast Rooter. I have been avoiding hiring a plumber for weeks now, but finally caved when all else failed to clear my shower drain. I called on a Saturday and they said they would have someone come out in an hour. This was impressive, I was assuming I wouldn't get an appointment until next week! Mike arrived early, got to work, and was done so quickly. Not only was he polite, he was extremely thorough and got the job done. He was nice enough to explain to me what had happened and the process he used, and ways to avoid the drain being clogged in the future. I will also add that Fast Rooter has great pricing, and after calling around they gave me an extremely reasonable rate. Hopefully I won't need a plumber again anytime soon, but I now know which company I will call!

I would never use Fast Rooter ever again, however the Resident Manager Office swears by them though and insists that the residents here use them, since according to the Resident Manager's Office, Fast Rooter knows the building. Experienced Deceptive Pricing, Technicians doing things to inflate the price, poor workmanship can't seat a toilet and securely to the floor and properly seat wax seal, poor customer service, was told I was an unhappy person and because I felt I was over charged I was ""nitpicking"" about the fact Technician didn't properly secure toilet base to the floor and proper set wax seal, take could leak into lower floor unit and cause lower unit damage, which I would be responsible for and definitely no quality control. No sense of urgency to correct and replace wax cell, nor make good on their error. Never again, at least Rotor Rooter, makes good on their mistakes, not Fast Rooter.

Another call from Fast Rooter on July 18, 2016- only company within 3 that could respond within the same day of calling. Matt did a great job - gave oral estimate before starting which was reasonable and completed clearing unknown plug in main down 30 feet, pulling toilet and re-installing - all lines cleared within 3 hours.

After reading the positive reviews on Yelp and also my sister's high recommendation, I thought I would give Fast Rooter a try. I spoke with Junior at 7:40 a.m. Monday and scheduled a plumber for 9:00 a.m. the same morning. When asked, Junior was upfront that they charge an hourly rate of $95/hr. Mike arrived at 8:50 a.m.! He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient! Our problem was fixed in less time than a half hour. I will definitely keep this company's phone number in my personal directory for future reference. I am very happy with their service.

I normally don't write Yelp reviews, but I thought it would be a disservice to this company if I did not take the time to say something. After many days of listening to my toilet running, I decided to call Fast Rooter Plumbing this morning (8:00am), to my surprise, I had an actual person answer the phone! Who by the way, was very pleasant and professional. Junior immediately dispatched Jay out to my home, and within the hour he was here ( thought I had to wait for an appointment being that it was on the weekend)!! Jay assessed the situation and explained exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. He was very efficient and was able to finish in less than an hour! Boy, when they say Fast Rooter Plumbing ..... They live up to that name!!! I highly recommend using this company! I am a very satisfied customer! This will be my go to plumber forever!!!! C. Gabriel

Fast, reliable, professional and reasonably priced--I highly recommend this company and am grateful for their speedy and quality work! I called Fast Rooter Plumbing to repair a leaking toilet wax seal and within two minutes of my initial phone call the plumber contacted me directly and arrived an hour later with a partner to complete the job. $95/hour with a minimum charge of 1 hour plus cost of parts is what I was quoted and I appreciated that the plumbers didn't dilly dally to complete the job as other plumbers in the past have done with me to maximize their per hour rate. I'll definitely be calling them in the future if I'm ever in need of a plumber and will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

Called the Manoa office after being referred by another plumber. These guys were professional, courteous, respectful, skillful, and reasonably priced service. Would highly recommend their service to anyone!!
