I've had these guys out to my house at least twice. They were pleasant, professional, prompt and efficient each time. What more can you ask for? Plumbers aren't inexpensive in this town and I would say their fee structure is comparable to the others.

Fast Response Plumbing lived up to their name - they were able to get us in quickly, and gave us the most reasonable quote of the 3 estimates we got. Not only that, but Ed was able to find a better solution to fixing our problem that didn't involve having to open the wall! Definitely will be using them again.

They are exceptional.

Water heater still would not work. Joseph actually went out of his way to REGISTER my water heater with Rheem, THEN bought the new parts and invoiced Rheem!! Seriously.

Joseph went out three times for my issue.

My toilet leaked, so, based on the Yelp reviews, I hired Fast Response Plumbing to replace it with a baseline Toto. The Fast Response crew did the job, and I haven't had any problems with the new john. My only quibble is with the price -- $850. That's a lot for a toilet that has a retail price of $350 (less if bought on sale). Next time, I'll shop around and get pricing from multiple plumbers with high ratings.

It's true, they are fast and did a wonderful job clearing up a heavily clogged kitchen drain at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again if needed.

5 stars for living up to its name! Kudos to Jessica, who answers the phone, and Joe, who's the owner. Jessica is always pleasant and helpful. Joe remembers what you said in earlier calls and calls back promptly when requested. These qualities are not consistent across the industry.
Also, Joe was refreshingly honest. When we called around, other companies were not ready to admit their inexperience with a fixture that we wanted installed. But this fixture is rather outdated and rarely installed these days. He readily admitted that he didn't have much recent experience but was familiar with the basics and would provide an estimate at no charge.
Joe came to our home and gave a reasonable estimate to re-plumb in order to prevent leakage. Ultimately, we decided not to install the fixture. But we'll be calling Fast Response for other work. Joe's a reliable, communicative and honest construction professional.

Fast, responsive and effective. Very reasonably priced. I needed two outside drains cleared. Billy arrived on time, took charge, assessed the problem methodically and took care of both drains in less than 30 minutes. I am very grateful.

Tim is super helpful.
He didn't charge me in the first visit but he spent lots of efforts and time on trying to figuring out what's wrong.

In the 2nd visit, he fixed issue professionally and charged a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
