Fast Response recently replaced my old sewer line and I couldn't be happier. Ana was a delight to deal with. From setting up the estimate to arranging permits and inspections she made sure all the logistics were taken care of before scheduling the service. Bob showed up on time for the estimate and took his time explaining what needed to be done. I have an older home on a narrow lot and he tried to anticipate any issues that may have popped up. The estimate was $1600 less than one I received from another company. Bob showed up early the day of the service and completed the job by the end of the day despite some difficulty digging around my water line. They were fast, professional and genuinely nice people.

I used FRP for installation of a new tank-less water heater. Someone came out to spec the job and was very patient answering all my questions and offered lots of information. I got two other bids on the job and FRP had the best price and used one of the better heater brands (Navien). Scheduling of permit inspections and other administrative tasks were handled quickly and efficiently by Ana at the office. Communication was great throughout. The techs were very professional and took time to answer questions. The work was completed in a timely manner and went off without a hitch. I requested a slight alteration of the vent line and it was handled quickly without issue. My new water heater works great; very efficient and endless hot water! I highly recommend FRP.
