Terrible experience !
I call and explain I need an urgent check up at my house. Early in the morning (7:00am). He told me will be here later Afternoon only. I accept to get their great work! I came as soon I can home and leave early my work. I txt several times and call trying to know what time he'll be here zzz never get one answer or one call back and no one show up !
Very disappointed ! A simple call saying sorry but I can't help you will be a professional attitude !

I called Hugo because I went with a different plumbing company for a complete copper repipe, and I felt they were trying to up-sell me thousands of dollars of additional work (under the guise that it needed to be done to pass inspection) once the project had begun. Even though I had not hired Fast Repipe and Plumbing for this job, Hugo took the time to answer my questions and provided honest feedback about the inspection process. He then followed up with additional info. He basically saved us $4k, and we weren't even his customers. I will definitely call Fast Repipe and Plumbing for our next plumbing job.

Leaking main line to house. Hugo called me back promptly, and fit me into his schedule just as promptly. He came out next morning. Resolved the leak, and said I have more mileage on my current line and don't need to spend $s now to replace. This is what service is all about. Thank you Hugo & Jose!!! Had an emergency bursted piped tonight around 7:40pm and they came in 30 mins as promised and SAVED OUR NIGHT!!!! Hugo was very honest about the issues with our pipe, stood us exactly what was wrong with it, reasonably priced, and worked quickly. He also helped check our kitchen faucet (under the sink too!!) since we've always had very low flow and gave us advice about our fridge water problems. We are so grateful for your help tonight! Look no further peeps, this guy is it. I've found the perfect plumber for the South Bay. Hugo, came out and evaluated my situation. He brought staff with him and gave me a break down of what he could do, how to do it efficiently and cost effectively. He ended up saving me tons of money with his honest advice. Hugo is fantastic at his trade and an incredibly kind person! When our weekend project turned into a leaking valve under a bathroom sink he was able to come in a few hours. Hugo fixed it in no time but when we went to turn the main valve on it broke too! In about an hour (in the dark) he was able to replace our main valve as well.

I will call Hugo with any problems we have in the future!

On a Monday night at 11pm my water heater stopped working so I called every single water heater/ plumber on Yelp. Hugo was the only one that gave me a tip how to fix it over the phone. I followed his instructions and was able to get the water heater up and running again! Saved me a million dollars and made my night. Thank you Hugo!

After stressfully dealing with homeowner's insurance and our home warranty (which if you have Fidelity Home Warranty, they are awful!) because I had a couple of leaks in the hot water pipe lines, we discovered we had to repipe the house (out of pocket). We got quotes from different plumbers, and we decided Fast Repipe and Plumbing was the company that offered a more reasonable price, had flexible hours, yet with the appropriate experience. Hugo did everything possible to work the perfect day around our schedule. I was a little hesitant on how the house was going to look after the repiping, but all was done with the least holes possible, seamless patching and they had a person come over and leave the house clean. You wouldn't tell that work was done! Definitely will recommend working with Hugo and I would absolutely do business with this company again.

Hands down the best Service and very professional. I meet Francisco at my house and he did an outstanding Job repairing existing drain lines and installing new drain lines. They also installed a new gas line for me which passed inspection no problem. I am very happy to chat or talk to anyone who would like a reference for this company and Francisco personally.

Francisco is the most honest and respectable people I have had the pleasure of working with. I would have given this company 10 out of 10 stars if that was an option.
