Hugo and his team offer carefree service. We just had our pipe and outdoor faucet. Their price, although is not the lowest, is very compatible as their team seems more professional. I give one less star due to they did not show up one day, yet Hugo does send a message in advance. Overall, I'm pleased with the service so far would recommend them to others.

We had asked Hugo to examine for leakages in our house as we had noted a puddle of water. Hugo was very honest. He checked out and explained to us there was no leakage and the water was residual water from an earlier event. He went on to explain how it happened and at the end did not charge us a dime for his inspection. His honesty stood out as he did not unnecessarily do any work or charged for anything, even though he spend considerable time inspecting for problems.

Hugo was very polite and knowleadable and could explain the concept and work steps very well so we knew exactly what the issue was. I am very happy wit Hugo and would readily recommend him to anybody else.

Hugo arrived early to our scheduled meet versus most companies that always run late. He was friendly and courteous and was able to give us our quote and offered to fix it on the spot versus coming back out later. Price was great and I learned how to turn my gas off to the house and light the water heater pilot. I would recommend Hugo to anyone that needs a plumber. Awesome Job!!

We got a new gas line added for a gas stove and drier. Hugo provided us the best quote and got the permit from city for a nominal price. He did an awesome job and got final inspection pass in just one inspection visit. At time of inspection the city inspector told him to add a sediment trap. They quickly added the sediment trap to save me another inspector visit. Hugo is very professional and we had a great experience working with him.

Terrible experience !
I call and explain I need an urgent check up at my house. Early in the morning (7:00am). He told me will be here later Afternoon only. I accept to get their great work! I came as soon I can home and leave early my work. I txt several times and call trying to know what time he'll be here zzz never get one answer or one call back and no one show up !
Very disappointed ! A simple call saying sorry but I can't help you will be a professional attitude !

I called Hugo because I went with a different plumbing company for a complete copper repipe, and I felt they were trying to up-sell me thousands of dollars of additional work (under the guise that it needed to be done to pass inspection) once the project had begun. Even though I had not hired Fast Repipe and Plumbing for this job, Hugo took the time to answer my questions and provided honest feedback about the inspection process. He then followed up with additional info. He basically saved us $4k, and we weren't even his customers. I will definitely call Fast Repipe and Plumbing for our next plumbing job.
