Mainline sewer was overflowing in yard at our rental. A drain company tried to snake it and lost the head of their snake in the pipe, saying it was broken and needed to be replaced. Their bid was more than we could afford (4 more months' rent!), and so I searched for another local company. Hugo has my endorsement as a licensed and insured plumber with experience, good crew, and integrity. He finished the job, left the yard in great shape, and got the permit signed by the inspector, all for $1500 less than the other guys. Tenants were pleased with their efficiency and work ethic. I am very satisfied with a job well done and a price I could afford without going into debt. Definitely a keeper!

We had a leak from our water meter to our house this morning, service line was five feet down and leaking profusely. The water company came out and said we were losing 100 gallons an hour and they shut off our water until it was repaired. I searched and called Fast Repipe based on the great reviews. They had someone out here within an hour to assess the damage and hook up a bypass so my family could have water again. They'll be back soon to re-pipe and fix the issue permanently. This company is top notch, great customer service and absolutely ready to respond for emergencies. We'll be doing a lot more business with them based on our first experience. They are professional, friendly, and know what they're doing. A+!

Hugo is absolutely amazing! He came out to do a free estimate on a fairly complicated town-home structure with overlapping units and was able to quickly identify the source of a leak that was going out to the common garage. When he says 'Fast' he means it! Couldn't recommend him enough for his friendliness and professionalism!

i made a few appointments, shopped around, spoke to different people, got some estimates and whennit was all said and done, Hugo and his team was the best choice for the job!

his first impression was not only accommodating but it was like calling up a buddy you know and having em see what they can do for you. Hugo came through, did a walk through, we spoke about what kind of work i wanted and what he will get done and a couple days later he emails his quote ...clean and simple, no upsell, no talking mumbo jumbo.

after ultimately deciding to work with Fast Repipe, we negotiated numbers, coordinated dates and time start and expected finish times ...when the inpector would arrive, everything! ...and Hugo's communication back and forth was awesome, no lagg.

on start day, his team was on time, professional, respectful, accommodating ....they set up a whole cover, clean area, protected our stuff, protected our floors, etc.
work was done by each person accordingly ...upstairs, downstairs, inside, outside. they all communicated the best they could with me for whatever work was to be done.
...and it was all mostly done in one day ...and cleaned up also!
...entire job took about 3 days or so due to some small install adjustments, City Inspector had to be appointed and come out, patchwork guy had to be available to cover the holes ...no big deal for us BUT FYI You should work out whatever your specifics are before the they start the job so your expectations are covered and theres no miscommunication.
upon fnalizing the project, if there was any issue to come up Hugo was only a phone call or text away and he went above and beyond in helping to rectify any issue.

anyways, we are happy with the work and would definitely recommend Hugo's Team at FAST REPIPE n PLUMBING for your next project

This review is a little overdue, but I waited to make sure that everything was working well. At the end of September we found that we had a slab leak. The only feasible option was a repipe job as opposed to tearing up our hardwood floor and slab concrete. We got several estimates and discussed the various options with different contractors. Hugo impressed me right away as he got to the heart of the problem and the pipe routing that he suggested was the best solution. On repiping day his workers showed up on time and began the process. His team of four knew their tasks well and worked efficiently and cooperatively. In the afternoon, Hugo brought lunch for the workers and also for me! I kept checking on the progress and all my questions were answered. The repiping job was finished around 5 pm that day. The next day a different person came to patch and texture the walls. Hugo did not ask for a deposit and the billing and payment process was simple. I would certainly hire Hugo again for any major plumbing job. Best of all, Hugo always answers his phone.

Hugo and his team offer carefree service. We just had our pipe and outdoor faucet. Their price, although is not the lowest, is very compatible as their team seems more professional. I give one less star due to they did not show up one day, yet Hugo does send a message in advance. Overall, I'm pleased with the service so far would recommend them to others.
