I highly recommend Adlan and Fast Quality Services. I'm pretty handy and was attemting a DIY project to hang some racks from my garage ceiling. Apparently the ceiling in my garage has uneven spaced joists and some are metal, making it very difficult to locate secure anchor points (other contractors have struggled unsuccessfully to install garage door openers due to the same issue). I went through three stud finders and numerous false starts before I called Fast Quality Services (I assumend that someone would have to cut away the dry wall to locate the studs, and I didn't want to tackle that). Adlan came out, took his time to go through the instructions from the rack manufacturer so that he knew what needed to be accompished, and within a couple hours had all six anchor points securely mounted. No drywall cutting, no mess, no fuss.

On a related note; Adlan is a very professional and capable individual who really cares about doing the job right. It was a real pleasure working with him, and I will be calling Fast Quality Services again when I need help tackling some of my more challenging projects. Personal thanks to Adlan. I'm thrilled with the final product!

Adlan responded very quickly to my request for service for a pair of leaking windows and sent someone out to take video so that he could provide a same day estimate. He provided two options for repair with pricing for each option and once we decided on that, he was able to send his team out the following afternoon to make the repair. They did a thorough job and were very polite and professional. I appreciated how communicative Adlan was throughout the entire process and how responsive he was from the first request for service. I will definitely be calling him for the other projects I have around the house!

Adlan did an outstanding job installing my toilet and pedestal sink. What should have been a simple installation of the sink turned out to be much more complicated than expected, but Adlan handled it with patience and professionalism. He stayed well into the evening to make sure the job was completed properly and did not rush or cut corners.

He communicated throughout the work, took great care of my home, and made sure everything was done to a high standard. These guys are good! Very responsive and so good at what we needed them to do.

They took down a satellite dish on our steep roof and were efficient and careful.

Adlan came and successfully fixed two leaking bath tub faucets for a very reasonable price. There are many things that we appreciated about our experience with Adlan. His communication was excellent and he kept us updated on his arrival time. He took the time to understand our problem and then even showed us how we could repair the faucet in the future. No other contractor/handyman/etc. has EVER done that for us. I think that speaks volumes about what a great person Adlan is. He was organized and kept his working area clean. He even noticed we are a ""shoes off"" house and took his shoes off without us even asking him :) We would highly recommend Adlan and will definitely call him again in the future!

Adlan did outstanding and quick work on rewiring new smoke detectors, changing garage lighting ballasts, and replacing 2 failed GFI outlets. He was informative and on time with his arrival and very clear on explaining the issues and recommended resolvent. To further note his professionalism, the following day one of the newly installed GFIs failed, which he replaced with another new spare. It was discovered that the initial newly purchased installed GFI was defective. Adlan did not charge for the extra visit or time spent on fixing the issue! Adlan is our new go to handyman.
