I discovered that my shower was leaking water into my crawl space. Yesterday night I opened Yelp and asked for quotes to fix it. Jesse responded and said I'll be over between 10-11 to give you a quote. Jesse came on time and gave me a free quote. Jesse said he had to visit another place but could do the work this evening. I said ok because his quote was way under what I thought it would be. Jesse showed me the damage and what he had to do. Jesse came back at the time he promised and fixed my issue pretty quickly.

While Jesse was here I asked for a quote for relocating and moving my water heater outside as well as install a tankless heater. The quote was much lower than what I previously received before covid and I def will call him when I'm ready.

Background:
Our main water line at the front of the house had a pin sized hole leaking out water and starting creating a puddle in our front yard between the lawn and the concrete of the driveway. We noticed it during the holidays - New Year's Eve. Used the Yelp feature to find a plumber and Jesse responded very quickly. He gave a number to his direct line and spoke to him about the issue.

Service:
Jesse was able to come on-site the same day - on New Year's Eve to check out the damage. (We were able to put on a temporary fix so the water couldn't keep leaking out) Jesse surveyed the issue and quoted us on the spot and was flexible with his schedule to accommodate ours. His quote was very reasonable. Another 2 plumbers quoted us much more and their solutions were not as optimal. Our mainline water pipe ran through a newly extended paved cement for the driveway and the others wanted to remove the old pipe and replace it at the same location. Jesse suggested to run a new line in a more accessible area - a foot or so away from the old. He came to do the fix it with another individual within our schedule. He did a clean job and made me feel very comfortable through the process.

I was so fortunate and happy to find Fast Pro. Plumbing. Jesse is the most experienced, knowledgeable, and exceptional plumber that I have ever met and can, in my opinion, take care of any of your plumbing needs at a reasonable and fair price. I had come home to a serious leak in my incoming water supply line located in a crawl space. Jesse came to my rescue on a holiday weekend. He did a fantastic job locating the leak which was at the furthest corner away from the crawl space opening and replacing an entire type M ""red"" copper T pipe with the more thicker type L ""blue"" copper pipe. I was very impressed with him and his assistant, Armando, on their professionalism and efficiency in getting the work done well and quickly. I am pleased with Fast Pro. Plumbing and they have easily won a spot as one of my preferred plumbers. Believe the 5 star ratings!!

We have an 80 year old house, and we are solely on my Teacher's income. Therefore, when the laundry started leaking and the kitchen sink backed up, we feared a very expensive and unobtainable fix. We finally decided to start getting estimates, so I was online and on the phone for an entire day, trying to find someone who could do a really extensive job and at a price that we could actually afford. Jesse was the only one who said that he would be over right away that evening, which he was. He did everything to attempt to unclog our drains, and once he realized that our pipes were actually corroded beyond repair, he quoted a fair price, so my husband and I decided to go with Fast Pro Plumbing without hearing the other quotes. Jesse struck us as kind and caring immediately, so we just had a feeling to go with him, and I am so glad that we did. I found Jesse via facebook and yelp reviews, and I feel lucky. They came early and stayed late, fixing a problem that was actually much worse than originally thought. (Who cements a driveway over pipes that can corrode? Apparently the builders of this neighborhood!) We were starting to panic at the potential price, as our driveway was jackhammered, but we had nothing to fear; despite their all day stay and the crazy amount of work that was accomplished, the price went up just a little. I have a functional kitchen, laundry, and garage sink now, which I haven't had in a month. We can't thank you enough, and we plan on using Fast Pro Plumbing for all of our future needs. Awesome company and service!
