I really appreciate that Jesse responded very quickly, set up the appointment, arrived on time, and got the job done all in a span of a few hours. There was a very hard job (the last plumber we hired didn't complete the job and stopped responding to my phone calls). But Jesse came, completed the job and did so very quickly. In looking for a plumber for our rental property in West Hollywood, I searched all local plumbers and read all of their reviews. Although many had wonderful feedback, Jessie's reviews drew me in because they seemed very personal. I agree with all of the comments about him being a wonderful plumber, but he also cares very much. Unfortunately, I was not able to meet him in person, but through the process of diagnosing our water heater and eventually replacing it, he not only called and text messaged to keep me in the loop, he also sent me video footage which made me feel like I was there working through everything with him. Additionally we ran into an issue where we needed someone to remove the closet frame and door to get the water heater out and replaced. Jessie, knowing his boundaries, explained he was unable to do that kind of work, but was able to bring somebody in to get it done so that he could continue and finish his job. I truly appreciate his hands on approach to every part of the job and willingness to make my job a lot easier. With regards to pricing, he was not the most expensive nor the cheapest, but in my opinion, very fair, I'm grateful for Jessie and am locking him in as our new plumber for our rental property.

I highly recommend Jesse not only because he is skillful and gets the job done, but also he is honest and keeps his words.
We had an emergency water leak in our front yard, which I found out after coming home from work. Jesse offered to come by the same night which was very impressive. He arrived as promised and found a pinhole in my underground copper water supply pipe. He fixed the issue in less than an hour. When he turned the water valve back on, there was another bubbling hole deeper underneath. He had to dig deeper to discover the hole and had to put in much more effort to fix that hole. Fixing the second hole took him past midnight, and he had to come back next morning at 5 am.

Even though the work turned out to be much more than what he had estimated in the beginning, he only charged his initial bid. I really appreciated his personality and his positive attitude willing to help out.

I would not hesitate to call him for any future plumbing needs. I am glad I found a plumber that I can trust!

We had a couple of leaking toilets in our new house. One of particular concern because it was leaking from upstairs to downstairs. Jesse responded quickly, came out the next morning for a quote and came back the following day with his dad to do the repairs. He showed me the problems, explained what he was going to do and showed me the end product. The leaks have been resolved! Very pleased. Also, I very much appreciate his showing up at the time he said he would. Thanks for a great job!
