I'm going to start off by saying that I don't write reviews - whether good or bad. But wanted to make a point and share my excellent experience with Jessie and his team. Had water damage in one of my rentals and made the decision to repipe the entire house. Due to the water damage I was very stressed about the situation. Made several calls to plumbers in the area. What got me to choose Fast Pro was not only their stellar reviews that I saw here on yelp but after speaking to Jessie I sensed that assurance that job was going to get done the right way. None of that corporate-ish up selling or the sense that I was speaking to someone that was simply taking the calls - but I liked the fact that I got a hold of someone that knew what had to be done. Again, no beating around the bush. Jessie provided a couple of options on the pipe choices and explained the pros and cons of each. His prices were competitive and reasonable. What I truly appreciated was his responsiveness. Was in a situation where I was trying to manage the project remotely. But every time I wasn't sure or had questions on where the holes needed to punched Jessie was very responsive and volunteered to come back to the house on multiple occasions to explain to the abatement company on where and how the cuts were to be made. Can't say enough about his responsiveness and willingness to help out. Would recommend Jessie and his team to friends and family without any hesitation. Thank you Jessie and team for helping out during a highly stressful situation. You guys rock!

When we first moved into our house, Jessie and his Father helped us replace the pipes under our kitchen and bathroom sinks, as well as replacing a leaky toilet. They were very transparent with the work they were going to do and seemed very knowledgeable in their profession.

Just last Friday, we needed to replace leaky valves on our sprinkler system. Jessie came out to inspect the problem and offered to replace it the same day even after it got dark.
After he replaced it, we found out the pipe itself was faulty when it burst and started spewing water into the yard. Even late at night, he was able to come out as soon as possible and fix the problem.

Very dependable, very quick, and definitely worth hiring.

My bathroom flooded at 11pm and I needed a plumber to respond ASAP. Jesse responded within minutes of my request and was at my house in less than an hour. He worked all night until the problem was fixed and was so sweet and professional! Definitely recommend this company!

I contacted Jesse at Saturday evening on call and he came Sunday early morning on time!
I sent him pictures for estimate and it was reasonable fee. ( it was Toilet tank valve problem, no fill water. And no space to back side of toilet. Need to move toilet first before fix.) - He explained how to fix the toilet problem on the phone.
Anyway, He was very professional, friendly,
on time, quick job and reasonable fee.

I discovered that my shower was leaking water into my crawl space. Yesterday night I opened Yelp and asked for quotes to fix it. Jesse responded and said I'll be over between 10-11 to give you a quote. Jesse came on time and gave me a free quote. Jesse said he had to visit another place but could do the work this evening. I said ok because his quote was way under what I thought it would be. Jesse showed me the damage and what he had to do. Jesse came back at the time he promised and fixed my issue pretty quickly.

While Jesse was here I asked for a quote for relocating and moving my water heater outside as well as install a tankless heater. The quote was much lower than what I previously received before covid and I def will call him when I'm ready.

Background:
Our main water line at the front of the house had a pin sized hole leaking out water and starting creating a puddle in our front yard between the lawn and the concrete of the driveway. We noticed it during the holidays - New Year's Eve. Used the Yelp feature to find a plumber and Jesse responded very quickly. He gave a number to his direct line and spoke to him about the issue.

Service:
Jesse was able to come on-site the same day - on New Year's Eve to check out the damage. (We were able to put on a temporary fix so the water couldn't keep leaking out) Jesse surveyed the issue and quoted us on the spot and was flexible with his schedule to accommodate ours. His quote was very reasonable. Another 2 plumbers quoted us much more and their solutions were not as optimal. Our mainline water pipe ran through a newly extended paved cement for the driveway and the others wanted to remove the old pipe and replace it at the same location. Jesse suggested to run a new line in a more accessible area - a foot or so away from the old. He came to do the fix it with another individual within our schedule. He did a clean job and made me feel very comfortable through the process.
