We moved into a new home and literally, within hours, discovered two leaks in the ceiling. Fast Plumbing lived up to their name - they showed up the same day I called, quickly and professionally fixed the leaks and, as a bonus, unclogged a leak in the bathtub! So grateful for these guys, and will give them the highest compliment I can - I will use them any time we have an issue (which, hopefully, is not often :-)

I needed a few repairs made. My faucet in the kitchen had a slow drip and my toilet needed to be replaced. I must say Travis did a fabulous job!! He was very polite and answered all of my questions. He was fast and got the job done right! I'd recommend their work to anyone! Keep it up guys!

Sewage line blocked; unable to use toliets. Insurance company sent out Fast Plumbing-Lee Strictland owner. When I opened the door he said "I want my $50 copay before I look at the job". It was 4:30 PM. He said "I am too tired to do this job today; I will be back in the morning between 10 AM & 12 noon-I will call you first". Next day no Lee & no phone call by 12 noon. I called him; he said he decided not to do the job; I should let the insurance company know (American Water Resources). I said "You will tear up the $50 check"--he did not respond. So now 24 hours later, the insurance company is starting over to get a plumber to fix my blocked sewage line. So this 70 year old home bound woman wearing my Med Alert bracelet is going out to the back yard to pee & poop with my dogs! I hope my neighbors do not complain.

Fast Plumbing, (or Lee) is always there when he says he will be there. He does a great job and I have used them twice now to install sinks in bathrooms, shower fixtures, and a big garage sink. Lee even came back one time when I was having a problem with something else just to see if it was the plumbing and didn't even charge me when it wasn't his issue. I will always use Fast Plumbing whenever I need plumbing services.

If I could give zero stars I would! Only two employees work for this company. The only other than the owner was complaining when he came the first time and was attempting to replace a part on my water heater and it caught fire. My coworker purchased the part that he caught fire to because he wouldn't drive to pflugerville to pick up the part. He requested I be here between 3-5 for him to install. Then he called and asked me to reschedule because he had been double booked, I refused as I'd driven from round rock to the new home 40 minutes away and he did show up. While he was replacing the part, it caught fire. I am not blaming him for that, I don't know what happened. He said the whole water heater needed to be replaced and he'd be out by 9am on Monday. I worked 12 hours (night shift) and then came to the house and waited. 930, I text him and he replies with that he's in San Antonio because of an emergency the previous night. I let him know that as I was sorry for that I don't appreciate no courtesy call or any form of contact. I called the office, the owner apologized and said he'd be out first thing in the morning. He finally showed up at 1130, showed me the entire price and it was not at all discounted. I have not been able to move in for four days because of this company and he isn't willing at all to come down on the price, not to mention his employee caught the other part on fire that my coworker paid for! I have no choice but to pay for this as I am desperate to move into my new home and need to be moved out of the previous one but I will never call this company again and I will tell everyone I know not to call these people and I will post on every social media outlet I have because people need better service than this!

Lee has been my plumber for years. He has always helped me with repairs big and small, from clogged drains to major additions. Lee and his crew have always treated me like family and give me fair prices and service that is beyond professional. These days it's really hard to get a good tradesman to work at your home and Lee is always punctual and completes the job quickly, and right the first time. If you are looking for a plumber I highly recommend Lee and his crew, you won't be disappointed!

I can't give a review of service because my call was never returned. Based on other reviews, I tried a second time thinking maybe I my call was overlooked, still no much as a courtesy call. I used another plumber and received excellent service. My 5 star review will go to him.

Had a call from a tenant last Friday at 11:30 am...all toilets/tubs were backed up in the house and could not be used. I called fast plumbing...they committed to be there by 2pm, showed up, identified the issue as a main log clog, pulled a toilet and ran an auger through the main line and cleared the clog by 3:30pm. Although I did not shop around int his case, the cost ($315) was about what I expected for an emergency call of this nature. They also gave me $25 off for making my request online. I will call them again should I have an emergency plumbing need in the future.
