I had them come out to change three hose bibs because my outside faucets were leaking. It cost $600 and took one hour. I asked for them to put a splitter on the bibs where there hoses were leaking. They did not. They simply put my old splitters back on. The plumber said the leaks were fixed but although the leaks from the bib was fixed it still leaked from the splitter. When I called to complain they just said it wasn't their responsibility since it wasn't their part. Horrible experience. They also admitted than when people complain of low water pressure instead of just adjusting the regulator they try to sell people new regulators. Avoid this company!

Had my furnace serviced on Friday, when they were here they noticed that the vent for my gas water heater had become disconnected in the attic. bHe recommended that I call a plumber, I called Fast Plumbing, as they installed the water heater in June. Very quick response, and assured me that it would be okay. As jobs on Friday had runover. Promised they could send Jose out on Saturday (today). They call to give me a heads-up that Jose was on the way, got here and fixed it no problem. This company is professional and efficient. They are my GOTO plumbers!

set up appointment through yelp and was specific on that there was a smell coming from our kitchen drain. appointment was quickly set up for next morning and for an assessment it was a $60 fee. they called to push back a few times through out the day and a guy arrived at 4p. he was there for no more than 3 min. He did not have a mask (we are at peak of Omicron) and was super congested. He said he couldn't smell anything an that to clean drain its $300 fee. So I paid $60 for this? This totally could have been communicated over the phone. FAST PLUMBING- if your workers are congested, keep them home or require masks.

They were prompt in their response and able to help me the next day.
Kudos to technicians Steven and Paul for being able to detect the leak quickly, giving me a rundown of estimated costs and explaining what the situation required.
Steven is very knowledgeable and outgoing.

This was our first time using Fast Plumbing Austin. They definitely responded promptly which we appreciated, and we thought they had fixed the issue (and indeed may have). Our uncertainty is that the same issue transpired a few days later but in a different area. In all fairness, the second-time-around issues may have been previously difficult to detect, but it's also possible that they should have been detected with the first service. Our greatest and main dissatisfaction with Fast Plumbing is that they charged a rather exorbitant fee ~2 hours work (over $600). We then had to spend another $200 for someone else to come out several days later to fix continued/new issues (but again, whether they should have been detected at first service is uncertain).

I reached out to the owner by phone and email several times over the past two weeks to ask him to double check the billing cost (perhaps there was just an error when calculated). I have not yet received a reply.

My husband and I are realistic to the cost of plumbing service, however, this experience seems extraordinarily high. The service itself was satisfactory at the time. If this company wasn't so expensive (and if they were responsive to my concern), we probably would have used them again.

Great job with a leaky sink, and helped me out with a sink install while here. Crew was professional and efficient, good guys. Price was fair.

I had a number of faucets and two toilets installed by someone else and there were some small issues we noted that needed to be fixed. I called on Saturday and Fast Plumbing had a Sunday morning appointment. Jose and his crew were friendly, professional, and quickly checked and fixed all the issues we noted and gave us a heads-up on some unrelated issues we may have in the future (without trying to sell us anything). The cost was extremely fair especially based on quotes I've had from other plumbers to do the work in the first place. Highly recommended and I'll be calling them for future work.

I had purchased an outdoor lever faucet and contacted Fast Plumbing to install. When the job was done they had installed it sideways so when it's turned on, it sprays water on cable box. They said it was only way it would install. I asked if they had a lever faucet that would install correctly and they said no. So $200+ and I'm going to have to have this redone at some point. You'd think for that price they would at least offer to come back and fix it with the right part. But no. I would not recommend this company.

Wow! Read the comments from Fast Plumbing regarding my original review. Wow again - what they wrote and what the truth was is very far apart. I would NEVER recommend Fast Plumbing because :1) they were slow and 2) they quote payment terms then change payment terms at the last minute and try to hold us hostage for cash payment.

We appreciate a vendor wants to ensure they get paid, but you tell a customer up front what the payment terms will be - you don't change last minute and try to hold customer hostage.

I did not find dealings with Fast Plumbing very good and would NOT recommend them.

Out of the blue, 1 month after they invoice my insurance directly, they call me and threaten to put a lien on our property for not being an invoice we have NEVER heard of. She then proceeds to admit that they are behind on invoice "follow-ups" and even still it is OUR fault for our insurance not paying out what they said they would. I expressed that it was completely unreasonable to call me and threaten me when this is the first time I hear about such invoice, and further it was their fault they are behind on invoices and she had no remorse for her threatening behavior continuing to state regardless it was our problem to ultimately fix.

I pay my invoices, I have no debt issues, never had never will. Further, LEARN TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE AND DON'T BLAME OTHERS FOR YOUR LACK OF PERSONEL OR OVER ALL SLACKING AT WORK!
