Went to home depot to get some plumbing supplies but they didn't have it! And found this place! They have everything here and customer service was excellent! Unlike homedepot, you don't have to wait 5 min to get help. And if you don't want to or can't fix your plumbing problem, they can come to your house and fix it too. Also FREE ESTIMATE! Thanks guys! Wow! Rented a large tool from this place and what a different experience than Home Depot. No wait, brand new equipment, really friendly service. And the price was amazing - $75 for a stump grinder that Home Depot charges $138 for (although this may be limited time pricing since they have a sign saying 50% off). Still - they made it so easy to rent from them that even if it was a little more I'd still be happy. I'm definitely coming back.

I went to Home Depot on Hesperian to buy some plumbing needs. They didn't have in stock. One of the employee at Depot recommended me this store. I went there got what I need and guess what.. the part at Home Depot was 25 bucks here it was 10 dollars. Surprised with price. Will definitely come back for plumbing needs. I am not sure about their return policy as one of the yelper says 25% charge to return any part. I wouldn't be happy to pay 25%. As of now I don't need to return anything. Will update if something changes.

Wanted to replace/upgrade my shower valve and trim. Contacted them but decided not to upgrade my shower fixtures after all - I just did a quick repair myself. But they did provide good customer service, competitive pricing, prompt response times, were available after hours, and can do the work 24/7. Local owned business.

consumer beware!!; this fast talking and self glorifying ""plumbing service"" is a sham.
I made a mistake of hiring them to a plumbing project that took a whole week which was planned for a day.
At the end every soldering of pipes leaked and electric outlets shortened. I had to hire two other professionals to clean up the mess that one of their technicians did. Repeated pleading to the management went un answered.
I don't know about their plumbing supply service, but plumbing services is a disaster. Spare your self the agony and hire a know reputable plumbers even if it means little extra money. It is worth it.

bin shopping with these guys for over 6 years! they have always bin the best supply house in my opinion! I have called them for emergency water heaters at 2 in the morning and they open just for me! these guys make life so easy for a busy plumber! thanks for everything u do guys!!!

Great family owned plumbing supply in the east bay. They have just about any plumbing supplies you'll need, whether your a plumber, or an average joe trying to fix his toilet. They are cheaper than Home Depot in many areas, but not all. The staff are always friendly and excited to help you and are generally very knowledgable. Plenty of room for Parking and loading up trucks. Will definitely be back.

I bought few parts,one Item i forgot on the desk, next day I went back the guy who sold me the parts came to me and told me ,,you forgot one Item I told him just return me the money back I don't need it anymore, he said he have to talk to his boss first, when I didn't take the part and he was the person who sold it to me ,,I will never go back to this place!!!! This is an Awesome, Kind, Generous and Family Owned plumbing supply store. Give back to your local stores. Great and reasonable prices. They even beat other prices.
Open on weekends? YES! So, when big corporate supply stores close on Saturdays at noon, and closed entirely on Sundays, A Street Plumbing, is open on weekends, what? Yeah, a huge help when I work on the weekends and customers need a water heater of great quality.
I always look to, A Street Plumbing, whenever I can when I'm in their area, as well as, when I'm not in the area. Just to get the job done that day for the customer. Instead of having to wait 1-2 days until Monday or Tuesday, due to holiday schedules, when big corps are closed for inventory, etc.
All employees have always been so very helpful. No issues ever. They all have gone out of their way, went above and beyond, what a customer can ask of a business worker. Even gone out their very own personal lives, to assist me in getting a specific plumbing part, an Assemby or a heater unit, I needed direly, to complete any of the jobs I've encountered that they've been my go to plumbing supply first.
