Came home from vacation to find that I had no hot water. Called Fast Plumbers to have someone come out to take a look at my tank and give me a estimate on Monday. Garcia came out the next day and gave me a estimate for a new tank, which was a very reasonable, and bright and early on Wednesday he was hear and installed my new tank. Thank you for saving me from having to take another cold shower

The office staff girl is rude, disruptive, and lack of better terms B*****. If you ask to speak to a manager they wont transfer you to one because she decides who you get to talk to. Their service team is a joke they sent someone out to take pictures but didnt solve the issue of water leaking anywhere and now I have way more damage than if someone who knew what to do. Please be warned if you use this company they will not help you in any way and really just want to charge you for everything in fact they are almost like Spirit Airlines.

First Plumbing services is the WORST company I have ever dealt with! Everyone is so unprofessional. I have never experienced such. unprofessionalism. The guy comes to my house, the guy is a spaz by the way. It seemed as if he either drank too much coffee or on something. He was there 20 minutes and claimed to fix my water. Well, it was never fixed. Then he lies on the paperwork stating he put all these new parts on my water heater and there is nothing new! What could you have done that took 20 minutes and claim all new parts in that timeframe? All new parts and a broken water heater? Stay away from this shitty company!

I made an appointment for Wednesday the 9th at 8am to replace my main water pipe that was leaking. I waited over an hour and no one showed up. I called them and they said the appointment was for the 10th which is not what I set up. When I asked the receptionist she said it had to be the 10th because the repairman had been working on a project Tuesday's and Wednesday's all month. I texted the repairman directly and he said he was called out on an emergency. I'm now left wondering if it was an emergency or a previous project. Suffice it to say, I know I made the appointment for the 9th and they did not honor that appointment.

Fast Plumbing came to our house to do a quote for a re pipe. They told us we have the estimate that Monday. However it's been 3 weeks waiting for the quote. Therefore, we will not be working with Fast Plumbing. Note to most: Make sure you get at least 3 quotes so your projects don't fall behind waiting on a company you thought you could rely on. This is a disappointment but I will not ever call them for any projects we may have in the future. They are not reliable. Their front desk has horrible communication and now I can see the field workers do as well.

I had them replace my shutoff valve and repair my pvc pipe that I broke trying to replace myself. Philip was very knowledgeable: he showed up on time and explain the work will be done and the work was done on time with very reasonable charge. I'll definitely call fast Plumbing again and I call I will definitely ask for Philip.

I woke up 530 am to find my hot water heater leaking. They answered my call at 535am and was onsite with a new water heater at 8am. I was fully installed and ready to go by 9am. I can't thank their entire team enough for their efforts! I would recommend Fast Plumbing to ANYONE!
