Last year we had Fast Plumbing Service install a water softener and reverse osmosis system in our home. It was time to replace the filters, so I called them and was informed they would be out the next morning.

The techs began with a water test then replaced the reverse osmosis pre and post filters, and reset the tank pressure.

I was informed that the membrane filter did not require replacement at this time. The tech stated it is not necessary to replace the costly membrane every year. Fast Plumbing will replace the membrane if the water test indicates the system is not within the filtration requirements.

After the flush of the reverse osmosis system they checked the softener and tested the regeneration process.

Both tech were friendly and answered all my questions.

Came home to a disaster, my house was flooded and found that my entire home needed to be repiped. After getting multiple quotes, Fast Plumbing offered the best price and explanation of their service. They are called ""fast"" for a reason; when other companies said they'd take one to two weeks to finish the job, Fast Plumbing had my water back on in 3 days and even worked on the weekend! We have a problem with our shower faucet that was dripping water non stop.

They did the service of replacing the cartridge with care and the charges was

They definitely had a couple months of rough patches. I called and nobody called me back.
Then I dialed them again by accident and was glad!!!!
I did receive the same story from two different technicians it was office management issues. The guys in the field a were outstanding. They dropped everything and went to my mothers house and fixed her issue. I bought a water softener five faucets three toilets and they installed everything in my home by the hour rate. The technicians were very polite well dressed.

Garcia came out the next day and gave me a estimate for a new tank, which was a very reasonable, and bright and early on Wednesday he was hear and installed my new tank.
