Came home to a disaster, my house was flooded and found that my entire home needed to be repiped. After getting multiple quotes, Fast Plumbing offered the best price and explanation of their service. They are called ""fast"" for a reason; when other companies said they'd take one to two weeks to finish the job, Fast Plumbing had my water back on in 3 days and even worked on the weekend! When there was a small issue with a pipe that wasn't screwed tight enough they came out immediately to fix it. Special thanks to Josh, Daniel, Elijah and Ben for the prompt service! Highly recommend if you need honest, reliable plumbing in Las Vegas.

I called two other companies before this one and they were unable to locate a leak and weren't interested in putting much effort into trying. So after months of paying an outrageous bill I decided to try one more time and I happened upon Fast Plumbing. They came out in a timely manner and figured out the problem right away! I was shocked that after having other ""professionals"" who couldn't find anything it only took a few minutes to diagnose. I wish Fast Plumbing worked on everything a home needs because I'd call them for every problem!

We have a problem with our shower faucet that was dripping water non stop.
We called several plumbers and it seemed they were not telling us the real target of the problems and the price was expensive. We were on the status of finding an honest plumbers and we found Fast Plumbing Service.
They did the service of replacing the cartridge with care and the charges was
very minimal and cheap. They recognized seniors discount as well. I highly recommending them to those who are having problems with plumbing.

They definitely had a couple months of rough patches. I called and nobody called me back.
Then I dialed them again by accident and was glad!!!!
I did receive the same story from two different technicians it was office management issues. The guys in the field a were outstanding. They dropped everything and went to my mothers house and fixed her issue. I bought a water softener five faucets three toilets and they installed everything in my home by the hour rate. The technicians were very polite well dressed.

Came home from vacation to find that I had no hot water. Called Fast Plumbers to have someone come out to take a look at my tank and give me a estimate on Monday. Garcia came out the next day and gave me a estimate for a new tank, which was a very reasonable, and bright and early on Wednesday he was hear and installed my new tank. Thank you for saving me from having to take another cold shower

The office staff girl is rude, disruptive, and lack of better terms B*****. If you ask to speak to a manager they wont transfer you to one because she decides who you get to talk to. Their service team is a joke they sent someone out to take pictures but didnt solve the issue of water leaking anywhere and now I have way more damage than if someone who knew what to do. Please be warned if you use this company they will not help you in any way and really just want to charge you for everything in fact they are almost like Spirit Airlines.

First Plumbing services is the WORST company I have ever dealt with! Everyone is so unprofessional. I have never experienced such. unprofessionalism. The guy comes to my house, the guy is a spaz by the way. It seemed as if he either drank too much coffee or on something. He was there 20 minutes and claimed to fix my water. Well, it was never fixed. Then he lies on the paperwork stating he put all these new parts on my water heater and there is nothing new! What could you have done that took 20 minutes and claim all new parts in that timeframe? All new parts and a broken water heater? Stay away from this shitty company!
