I can not say anything about Fast of Florida's workmanship as I had not had the opportunity to use them because of the following. On Fri. 7/10/20 I left a message with their service that we need AC looked at as it was not cooling. I received an email confirmation that I will be contacted by them ASAP. On Mon. 7/13 by about 6pm no one had called. At this time I sent 2 emails requesting a service call and in one email described the situation and checked yes as to whether this is an emergency. Again received 2 email confirmations with same computer generate message. Today Tues. 7/14/20, 12:02 pm no call from Fast of Florida. So if I ever do get I call, which at this time I doubt, I will not be using them because if they can't handle a simple call back in a timely manner, I have serious doubts about their competency as AC professionals.

Fast Plumbing changed 2 shut off valves underneath my bathroom sink. One of them were not tightened up. It was leaking into my toliet paper, and toweling underneath my sink. It had already been over a week before I found water on my floor, because the toliet paper, and toweling was soaking up the water all the while ruining my bathroom cabinet. I am sick over this. I have called them multiple times over the past few weeks to come, and fix my bathroom cabinet. I have gotten no resolve. They continue to say they will pass along the message. I am going to take this company to higher authorities. I am still waiting as I write this review. Susan that has been replying so eloquently to these other reviews on Yelp here, maybe you can help me seeing how you are representing Fast Plumbing on this site. I would NEVER use them again. Use them, it may be at your peril.

Terrible operation. Bought a new unit 6 years ago, they have made 20 or so repairs since installing this """"new unit"""", the air handler has been replaced, the coils in the replaced air handler has been replaced the coils in the condensing unit has been replaced. The capacitor has been replaced and and every issue takes multiple, multiple visits to correct. This organization simply doesn't care and the technicians are Incompetent. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

If I could give them 1 star I would. We have been with Fast of Florida for awhile now. The old owners were wonderful and always went above and beyond our expectations. However, the new people who run it are awful. My experience with them a few months ago wasn't the best, but my AC broke a week ago, and I decided to give them another shot. After my AC was """"fixed"""" I contacted the manager to let her know that it still was not working, and she was very rude and acted like she had no idea what I was talking about, and said my husbands name wasn't in the system (which it was). This company use to care about keeping their customers happy, but now all they care about is money. They are so unorganized and none of them act like they know what's going on. After 10+ years of using Fast we will be switching somewhere else and taking our money somewhere with people who actually care about their customers!

8/9--Repair finally made. I have never been contacted by manager to address my questions concerning the recently cleaned?? drain pipe and failed float switch. 8/12--Received early morning call from rental agent that tenant who had finally moved in on 8/10 reporting a/c had quit during the night. A technician did make it out within a few hours and did get it running and repair was supposed to have been made on 8/15. Fast of Florida has yet to let me know what the problem was and I will be contacting tomorrow 8/17 before the weekend to once again try to determine explanation for first issues and information regarding latest repair...

Lousy company, poor customer service. Everyone I called to schedule an appointment to replace our old HVAC system, I was put on hold and within a minute, got a dial tone. The 4th time after speaking with Sandy, she did not pute on hold. We arranged an appointment for between 9am and 11 am, at 11:30 no call no show! I phoned Sandy explained she would reach out to John for an updated eta. At 1:15 Sandy called John tied up in an emergency (no je didn't break his fingers and had a cell phone) at 1:15 call Sandy said he would arrive between 3 to 5 pm. John Walsh finally showed up at 4:20 pm and informed us he had time now as we were his last stop. Very cavalier upon arrival, inauthentic, don't use. Don't waste your time. We found another firm who was respectful, pronot and had 5 star reviews. The other firm is a family owned business, what a difference. I'll post about the other company after the hvac system replacement.

I have a package home maintenance insurance policy with Fast that includes plumbing; apparently sort of. I had a Kohler toilet flush handle that was sticking. They sent a plumber out to fix. Didn't have the correct handle so he had it ordered. I never heard back from Fast, so I finally called them. They called back the next day to advise that they would order the handle but I would have to pay for it!! I couldn't understand why I had to pay for the handle since I had plumbing insurance, but that was what I had to do, so I agreed. The plumber returned with the part, fixed the toilet satisfactorily, and gave me the bill for the handle. The service call was covered by the insurance. I was charged $26.45 for the handle. After he left, I googled the handle part number and found that I could have bought it at any number of places for under $10 RETAIL!!! So that is why I am giving Fast one star; I feel I've been scammed. Also, my whole house filter housing was stuck and wouldn't come off. The filter housing was not even covered under the insurance. And I also found out that, after 10 years when you may start needing repairs on your central air, Fast won't repair under your insurance; they give you a $1,000 credit (I believe) towards a NEW SYSTEM that THEY have to install. And everyone knows they are one of the most expensive companies to get an HVAC system from. So make sure you understand just what you are getting coverage for when you buy one of Fast's policies.

I have been a customer of Fast of Florida for years. They have provided us with top notch service on Air Conditioning, Plumbing & yesterday Electrical services. The electrician Richard provided exceptional customer service and as always, I am a very happy customer. Thank You all.

I had 4 outlets that went out on me. FAST was able to get me a next day appointment. I received a 20 minute heads up call, and Mike showed up right on time. He got right to business, found the (ridiculously easy) solution, and charged me the $49 diagnostic fee for his service. He was super friendly and informative. I will use FAST again for my electrician needs in the future!!

This team in Clearwater is F-A-S-T. I have had them on two plumbing jobs now and everything is done professionally, friendly and quickly.
