After my review, the general manager, Ed McCarthy, did come to my house to look at the problem. After realizing that he was unable to fix it, I was able to get a refund. He was kind and professional. I'm glad we were able to get the issue resolved.

Terrible operation. Bought a new unit 6 years ago, they have made 20 or so repairs since installing this """"new unit"""", the air handler has been replaced, the coils in the replaced air handler has been replaced the coils in the condensing unit has been replaced. The capacitor has been replaced and and every issue takes multiple, multiple visits to correct. This organization simply doesn't care and the technicians are Incompetent. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

First, the reviews for FAST of Florida are misleading. FAST of Florida reviews are mixed in with a lot of other states. This does not help local potential customers. I am a customer of FAST of FLORIDA because the air unit was in the home I recently purchased. So far - so good. I called them to come out and inspect the unit. The tech was polite and the office staff - nice enough. I bought the $199 warranty. Hopefully, all goes well.

I can not say anything about Fast of Florida's workmanship as I had not had the opportunity to use them because of the following. On Fri. 7/10/20 I left a message with their service that we need AC looked at as it was not cooling. I received an email confirmation that I will be contacted by them ASAP. On Mon. 7/13 by about 6pm no one had called. At this time I sent 2 emails requesting a service call and in one email described the situation and checked yes as to whether this is an emergency. Again received 2 email confirmations with same computer generate message. Today Tues. 7/14/20, 12:02 pm no call from Fast of Florida. So if I ever do get I call, which at this time I doubt, I will not be using them because if they can't handle a simple call back in a timely manner, I have serious doubts about their competency as AC professionals.

Price gouged after Helene! $4600 for a 25 gallon hot watwr tank and installation. Home Depot sell 40 gallons at $600 then wanted 1040.00 for an outdoor spicket replacement. Local plumber did for $40 and it took 20 min and most of that time was trying to find where to shut the main water off at! Spicket was 8 bucks at local hardware store!!! Shame on them!!!! My landlord used them for years not realizing what they were doing to him!!!! Would not recommend them to anyone!!!

Lousy company, poor customer service. Everyone I called to schedule an appointment to replace our old HVAC system, I was put on hold and within a minute, got a dial tone. The 4th time after speaking with Sandy, she did not pute on hold. We arranged an appointment for between 9am and 11 am, at 11:30 no call no show! I phoned Sandy explained she would reach out to John for an updated eta. At 1:15 Sandy called John tied up in an emergency (no je didn't break his fingers and had a cell phone) at 1:15 call Sandy said he would arrive between 3 to 5 pm. John Walsh finally showed up at 4:20 pm and informed us he had time now as we were his last stop. Very cavalier upon arrival, inauthentic, don't use. Don't waste your time. We found another firm who was respectful, pronot and had 5 star reviews. The other firm is a family owned business, what a difference. I'll post about the other company after the hvac system replacement.

8/9--Repair finally made. I have never been contacted by manager to address my questions concerning the recently cleaned?? drain pipe and failed float switch. 8/12--Received early morning call from rental agent that tenant who had finally moved in on 8/10 reporting a/c had quit during the night. A technician did make it out within a few hours and did get it running and repair was supposed to have been made on 8/15. Fast of Florida has yet to let me know what the problem was and I will be contacting tomorrow 8/17 before the weekend to once again try to determine explanation for first issues and information regarding latest repair...

Had my warranty with Fast for years and they have been excellent to work with. Every year they allow snowbirds like us to delay our annual check up for spring which is helpful. Local company and the rates are a lot less than what we have in N Virginia.Run by a CEO who is a local leader in the community. Very happy with the service.

I called 3 times to schedule for an estimate for duct cleaning. First time to schedule and they would call me back, 2nd time to schedule as nobody called me back, 3rd time to ask for a supervisor to schedule and got through with the supervisor who scheduled for this morning between 8-11 am. We waited till 11 am and called to see where the tech was and when he would come by. The employee answering the phone was friendly and apologized that the person who was scheduled was new to the job and never contacted their office as he probably didn't understand he was the one to go out. We were told that he would contact us right away. After waiting another 30 min. no call, and we contacted Fast again. An hour later we got a call from Fast asking if the tech had contacted us. It is now 1:19 pm and still nobody called us. I wouldn't waste my time on them as they wasted our day. We had a water heater installed by them and on prior properties had a service contract and had them come out to at least 4 properties. Future business will be given elsewhere.

I used this company for Brand New Installation of Split AC/Heating unit because of making my 5 month old infant comfortable in the room, paid $6500 in mid december 2020. It stopped working one week after installation, It was fixed one week later. Two weeks after that it stopped working again, Jonathan came and said one of the parts needs replacing and it will take 7-10 days, Ten days pass by and no call, I called then spoke to Jonathan's supervisor, Hector. He said the part will take 2-3 wks. Three weeks passed by and I called again and I was told they will send a message to the supervisor and someone will get back to me. No answer for another wk. I finally got a call from the customer service after 4 wks stating that the part is in and they need to schedule an install date. Install date was given after 4 days. Two individuals came to install and they said, it needs to order another part for the unit to be operational. We are at the end of week 5 and there is no update on when the new part will be in or when the unit will be operational. I have been trying to get hold of the General manager (Chrlie), I left 4 messages for him to call me in the past 10 days but no returned call from him either. I have also tried getting in touch with a company but I was told that the company is under corporation and does not have an owner. My next step is to hire an attorney to get my money back or sue them. If you want to go through what I'm going through, by all means use their service. I wish I had read their reviews from different sources and not just google.
