What inspired my journey? A long time ago, I was employed by one individual who had numerous rental units. As I worked on his properties, locals would come over or signal me. One connection led to another, and fast forward to today. This work has introduced me to so many amazing people over the years. Funny enough, in three decades, only two clients have given me trouble. One individual completely took advantage of me. He had the nerve to write bad reviews, claiming it was acceptable to steal from someone who helped him. Another client went as far as to take screws from his deck to make my company look bad. What’s unfortunate is he thought my charges were excessive. I sent an additional worker to help finish his job faster and gave him $200 back when we wrapped up early. But that wasn’t enough for him. He expected me to purchase more paint and perform extra work at no charge. I genuinely wish them well.
