If I could give negative stars, I would. I am baffled at the lack of professionalism and customer service this company provides.

A technician came out to clean a drainage clog. After 5 minutes of unclogging we heard a loud explosion from our second bathroom. The snake had been pushed through the drain in the main bathroom to the ceramic toilet bowl in our other bathroom and exploded.
The technician apologized and told us we wouldn't have to pay for a new toilet and he would get it sorted out. He went to his van to call his manager. 10 minutes later he left without telling us anything. We called the manager, and he informed us they would not be replacing/paying for a new toilet AND are still charging us for the unclogging. The guy on the phone was very unprofessional. He attacked my intelligence, implied I was a pot head by asking how much weed I was smoking, and told me I was annoying him before he hung up on me.

Save yourself the time, money, and headache.... go elsewhere!

I have been living in a rental house for 3 years now and I have had 6 plumbers come out over that time to fix toilets that dont want to flush correctly and they all said they couldnt help and the toilets need replaced. Mark just came out and fixed all my problems in 45 minutes. Not only is he smart and friendly, he also puts that extra step in to assure everything is perfect. I have never gave a yelp review before but this man needs to be recognized and respected for his quality work and his overall desire to make that extra step. Thanks Mark!

Love this company.....In Denver's BOOMING economy, they still are not gouging the locals. They come quickly and they know what they are doing. Such great professional men....who keep you up to date on what they are doing and IF they have to make additional repairs....they get your permission first!!! I won't use anyone else!!
Unlike APPLE.....who I will never use again!!! Fast FLow is 1/10th the price of APPLE!!!

I've dealt with a lot of really really mean people over the phone in my life who think they can be rude to me because I am a young woman, but the man who answered the phone trumped them all. I didn't know what to say specifically about my plumbing issue, and he started yelling at me until eventually when I asked him to stop, he said ""watch this"" and hung up on me. I am so shocked and upset. Never has any service provider been so rude and unprofessional to me right off the bat. I feel belittled and assaulted, and I would be scared to have that man or any of his employees in my home.

I originally called a different company but after waiting 6 hours I told them don't bother and called Fast Flo. Jeff was at our house in about an hour and snaked the drain all the way to the street. What a great guy. I wish I'd called them first.

I was unimpressed with Fast Flo. I had a leak in my basement but told the owner over the phone that the only floor drain was capped off and not near the leak. He was very kind and said that it could just be a leaky pipe. He scheduled to come out the next day and snake the line. He said he would call 30 minutes ahead of time because I was at work. I received no phone call. A young man came into the basement and asked me a few questions before stepping outside to make a phone call. He came back inside and said he didn't think it was a clogged pipe. He charged me a pretty large amount for being at my house for 5 minutes and not doing anything. Another company came over today, opened my wall up, and fixed the broken pipe for the EXACT same price that I paid Fast Flo to come over and then leave. I'm an engineer and the other company did quality work. I understand having to pay someone for their time but I'm sitting in front of both bills right now and they are identical.

ok...John came over and quoted me $189 from his initial starting quote of $29. He explained that's how it is so whatever I accepted the price. He starts his work. 30 minutes or so later he comes back saying the screw to the shower knob is stripped? he insinuated that i stripped it when i didn't know the knob had a screw...so basically he stripped out the screw then tries to charge me another $150 on top of the $189 all for a leaking shower? I declined his offer and he still charges me $29 dollars for nothing. Oh wait he stripped out the screw to my shower know. Sucks but oh well. and btw he never turned my water back on so I guess I have to go figure out where that is now. Geez...

Home warranty uses this company technician was polite but ran into some trouble due to him suggesting but not checking the plumbing system before applying his services. Due to that the machinery got stuck and snapped in my plumbing. Him getting it out messed up my plumbing. After the job was done and pipe left messed up they wanted to charge me extra for no knowing my plumbing. They got that squared away. Now to get a plumber out here I have to pay extra due to it being the weekend. Called Fast flow talked to Bert to see if they will cover the overtime since this was a result of the technician. He told me that since I would even pay for the extra time the tech was here getting his machine loose they are definitely not covering anything else. Good technician bad management. Bad business due just to a man not manning up to his employees mistake.

Horrible experience with this company. Give me false information about sewer line condition which is in favor of the home seller (who paid them for the inspection). If I follow their suggestion, it will cost me thousands of dollars lost. The sewer inspector I hired found the mark on the ground at the same issue spot as he found, which meant that the problem was found at Fast Flo Draining inspection, but the inspector (Jeff) tried to cover it by telling me the line is the best he ever inspected and he would buy the house if it were not in Aurora. He only mention that there is small gap and there is no issue. I called them back with the new sewer result but got hung up. BTW, they said they are NOT certified plumber, so do not waste your time or money on this company!

So I had the ill fated kitchen drain clog the day after Thanksgiving. Fast Flo was available to come out and see what the problem was. Their technician David was really nice, polite and knowledgeable. He arrived in under the estimated to to my home which is nice. He solved my issue, explained everything that he was doing during the process and cleaned up after he was finished!!! Yes, he took the time to clean up after he was done . I assured him that I'd do it when he was finished, however he still took the time to do it himself.
Now that's great service !!!!!
