We had a hot water heater that needed replacing and the home warranty company sent out Fasco Plumbing. The tech came in and had us up and running in no time. He wore his mask and booties, and left the area cleaner than it was before he fixed the water heater. A-1 service!

I have had Fasco come to our house twice in response to claims we've submitted to our home warranty company. They have been very responsive following up on phone calls and very quick to correct our issues...replacing our sump pump and water heater within 1 day of submitting claims.

Excellent service! We had Fasco's come out through our home warranty to fix our toilet. They provided excellent prompt service. Gave us a two hour window and Travis was the plumber who came out and he was very prompt, polite and efficient. Will definitely use them again! Thank you!

Shout out to Luna for the awesome service! After just a few minutes he knew exactly what was wrong, and was quickly able to locate the buried pipe and fix it. I had a plumbing emergency, called my home warranty and then called Fasco to make the reservation. They were able to fit me into their schedule and they came out just a couple hours later and fixed my problem. Also, I have seen some reviews of people saying they do not respond or pick up the phone, I called twice and both times I was able to talk to someone after a ring or two.

My home warranty company contracted Fasco to come handle a repair. They gave me a service window same day, 1pm-2pm, arrived in that window, and were able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly. I am very happy to have had Fasco handle this issue and am considering contracting them for some more out-of-warranty repairs.

I have the 2-10 home buyers insurance for my home. They sent out fasco plumbing. The guys came out and they were nice. But he swiped my card with a square credit card reader thing on his cell phone. And I am not sure if his phone had a virus in it or not but Friday night around 7 p.m. I had 3 different unauthorized charges pop up on my credit card. Has anyone else had a problem with this? Or heard of this?

STAY AWAY!!! Fasco was sent to my house by my home owners insurance when I had a plumbing problem. Once at my home, the guy was there all of about 20-30 seconds (literally) and stated I needed a new water heater and took my service fee, told me to set up the install between the office and my insurance. I called Fasco a few days later but what they were saying about my replacement and my out of pocket costs made absolutely no sense at all and was completely and totally different from what my insurance company was discussing with me. The lady on the phone was so incredibly rude. I told Fasco to let me call my insurance company so I could figure out what was going on and why there were two completely different stories. Called her back 10 minutes later, no answer. By the way, my insurance had no clue where Fasco got their story from and I actually didn't have ANY out of pocket costs while they were trying to get me to agree to about $600 of out of pocket costs. From this point on Fasco NEVER returned a phone call or voicemail back to me for over two weeks after 2-3 attempts to call them. They didn't even answer during business hours. They basically took the $75 service fee (which they promptly deposited of course) and ran! Never heard from them again! If this is who your insurance company is sending out, request someone else, and RUN FAR AWAY!!!!

Once I realized this company was never going to contact me back, I contacted STREAMLINE PLUMBING. They came out at no cost to me since they felt bad Fasco took my $75 assessment fee and ran. I worked with them and my insurance company to get my new water heater installed. Funny thing is, is that I ended up having several more plumbing upgrades done out of pocket to the house I just bought since he was already there doing the water heater job. So Fasco wanted to make a quick $75 and dip, when they could have had a $2k+ job.

This is the worst company to call. Water stopped working in our house we went through our home owners insurance they did send their tech john out the next day but he never checked anything. he was suppose to go under the house to look at the bladder tank and switch he never even went under the house lied to our faces about what the was problem. He gave us a quote of $750 come to find out it was a $50 fix and they had nothing to say. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE DISHONEST.
