Run run run away!!!!! Crooks!!! Took a deposit & never showed up for the work. Called back 25x & agreed to come back but was a no show EVERY time!!!! Absolutely criminal. Said he needed deposit for parts, got his name from a friend & was in a pinch at the time. The friend now says he's a crook too!! Awful.

A great local, knowledgeable guy. If you are in an emergency situation, or just need simple fixes/main fence, Fascaldi is the way to go.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! We hired them to fix our Fujitsu Ductless air conditioning system since they installed it six years ago.
Louis, the owner, charged us almost $ 8,000 to install it and another $ 800. to come back to fix it. The system is still not working but Louis lied and said the air would be cold within 24 hours, BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENED!
We have called and texted Louis several times to come back and take care of the unresolved problem but never heard from him again.
You are making a BIG mistake if you ever hire Louis Fascaldi to do a job and do it right!!

I actually want to give this plumber zero stars but that's not an option. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. HE IS A RIP OFF AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! This so called plumber went to my 73 year old mother's house to supposedly ""fix"" her heat on 3 separate occasions charging her $200 each visit. She didn't have heat in her home for a few weeks. He supposedly changed her flame sensor on each visit but left before the heat actually turned on, each time telling her that it ""takes time"" for the furnace the work....well it never worked! On the last time he visited, he then said it was the limit switch that was the problem and said he replaced that as well...again charging $200. Guess what? The heater NEVER worked. My mother asked for half of her money back as he had never fixed anything. This guy agreed, told her that he didn't have the money, had to go to the ATM and would be back. Guess what? He never came back! We tried to call him/text him several times and he never answered or returned the call. SHAME ON YOU FOR RIPPING OFF AN ELDERLY WOMAN! If you didn't know what you were doing then why didn't you just admit it? I am so disappointed that people like you can take advantage of trusting people like her. Again, SHAME ON YOU! I hope he never has the opportunity to do this to someone else. I will be reporting you to the BBB.

Please STAY AWAY they did NOT fix the AC. NEVER GOT IT WORKING and they tried to leave so I yelled hey! As they were getting in the van and they got in and started driving.

I thought they did not hear me so I ran up to the window and yelled EXCUSE ME at the top of my lungs and I know for a fact he saw me but just drove off. Are you *fking kidding me? Then left the office phone off for the rest of the day so he knew exactly what he did.

I paid him over $400 to fix my AC and he twiddles with the filter for 30 min and put freon in it and left knowing the problem was not fixed. NIGHTMARE

Terrible customer service. They never return calls. I had work done August 2015 and they still didn't give me the covers for the central ac . I have open squares in my Sheetrock plus they never repaired a problem I had with the unit running constantly while I shut the thermostat off. I called numerous times, left Facebook messages nothing. Still not repaired

My first ever yelp review. Simply put RIP OFF!!!! These guys will bang you over the head at a rate greater than 500 dollars an hour and my AC doesnt work after 2 visits. These guys have no idea what they are doing.

I had a very good experience with this company. They showed up 9 pm for emergency service call, and got my A/C running temp when it was 80+ at night this week...they came back next day to finish the job..which seemed OK to me when they left. I called them to say something didn't seem 100% right. Without a problem or delay they showed up bright and early next day and repaired a hairline crack in condenser line. Nowadays i feel simply showing up when promised and answering your phone warrants good service..These guys weren't inexpensive, but they were very, very reliable, timely and eager to help.
